Riverfront retreat. Stunning view. Dock. 20 minutes to downtown Louisville.

This lovely home has a great view of the Ohio River, a comfortable great room, a large kitchen well-stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and comfortable bedrooms. The host was very responsive. We look forward to renting again.

This was truly a unique stay. We had family visiting from SoCal so we stayed together here. The views of the fall colors amongst the river were outstanding! Every morning seemed like a different view with weather changes and abundance of activity. We enjoyed watching the birds at the feeders on the back porch. The kitchen was huge and had everything we needed. The family area was large as well and made it wonderful to relax and visit with family. Coffee and snacks provided made it very welcoming. Toiletries provided in the bathrooms were much appreciated as well. We also enjoyed walking through the neighborhood- so peaceful! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home, there was everything there you could possibly need. Fully equipped kitchen, lots of extra bed linens. Hot shower, comfortable beds. We could not have asked for anything more!

We had such a wonderful time! The property was beautiful and we had everything we needed and more. We were there with our children, their spouses and our 2 grandchildren just under 2 years old. We brought toys for the kids, but plenty ofvtoys were there and provided for little ones, as well as games for the adults. The view is amazing. Becky answered all my questions I had before the trip and was very quick with her responses. The house was so clean. I felt very comfortable with my littles rolling around and playing on the floor. My kids and their family want to come back and do it again for a longer vacation next time. We'll be in touch. Thank you, Becky!

Every year 6 lifelong friends, now living across the country, get together to catch up. We are all former athletes and loved the games and activities that came with this property - cornhole, shuffle board, foos, cards, giant jenga etc. Beautiful view of the Ohio river on a spacious porch made for great breakfasts and happy hours. Close proximity to Louisville gave us plenty of things to do. Great property and a great host.

We love this house. This was our second stay. We came both times with a few other couples to do Bourbon Tours and Tastings. The house is comfortable with plenty of space for 4 couples. The view is amazing. Just a great place to stay!

We loved being at the house--Ohio River, cool breeze, open concept, games to play and great for hanging out. Not too far from Louisville and Prospect is a nice community. Becky was so helpful with all questions.

We were in town for a family wedding and rented this home for an extended weekend. The setting on the river was wonderful, as were the views from the common area of the house. The kitchen/dining/family room area were perfect for 9 people, and the shuffleboard was an especially big hit. There was an abundance of comfortable seating, including four recliners. We also appreciated the numerous amenities including a great coffee bar. We'd certainly consider renting this house again if needing a place in the future.

Great location and view on this updated River home

This is the second time we have used this property. It suited our family needs 2 years ago, and we agreed that it would be a great location for a sister visit this summer! It was a coming home visit for us--there were 5 of us from 5 different states although we grew up in Oldham County. We spent most of our time enjoying the back deck watching the birds come readily to the feeders, gazing at the barges moving up and down river as the speedboats, houseboats, and wave runners steered clear, and simply contemplating the mesmerizing Ohio River. Our hostess answered immediately when we had questions, and she was more than accommodating when she had to gather the items we left behind! The home is clean and well organized, supplied with many conveniences. We might suggest having a supply of tissues and laundry detergent, but we honestly have NO complaints!

What a beautiful house with an amazing view! My family and I loved our stay. It was relaxing, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. It is so close to Louisville-we didn’t have to drive far to anything we wanted to do. We highly recommend staying here!

We enjoyed our stay in this very spacious house. It was perfect for my whole family. Becky was wonderful to work with and always available to assist when needed. The views are amazing……the sunsets beautiful to watch.

This river house was GREAT! The owner was more generous than any we've had in the past and her book with home-made maps and ideas and brochures was most appreciated. Linens & towels huge, which I loved. Best views on the river. With lots of family in the area, it was great having a home base and will definitely try to book again if we get to do another week stay.

Weekend family celebration, very satisfied with the property and host. Large renovated house, great location on the Ohio River and close to Louisville. Becky, our host, was always available to answer any question and help (especially with a power outage, Becky and her sons made sure we were OK)
