Stayed Aug 28, 2025The home was just as described...it was beautiful and clean. The area was nice and felt safe. Was able to park my boat with no problem. Beds were very comfortable and the house had everything we needed for meet our needs. The bonus was the pool and hot tub we enjoyed this place very much we were here with friends but definitely family friendly aswell.

Stayed Aug 8, 2025Property was clean and well stocked. Pool and jacuzzi were clean and worked well. It’s 5 minutes away from Riviera Launch Ramp, which was nice. Overall a nice place! We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025My stay was excellent! The house was very accommodating and the property was clean and well-maintained. The beds were extremely comfortable, and I especially loved the outdoor area. The cabana and entertaining space made it perfect for outdoor dining and relaxing. The host was very responsive and accommodating, and I really appreciated the detailed guide they provided with instructions and helpful information about the property. Overall, it was a great experience—I highly recommend this property and definitely plan to rebook the next time I visit Lake Havasu

Stayed Jul 3, 2025Very close to the new Riviera Marina and some good bars / restaurants. The house was very clean and bothrooms were stocked with all the necessities. Pool and hot tub were clean and ready to enjoy.
