Spacious Lake Havasu Getaway! 90ft Boat Parking

The property was in excellent shape and very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for the two of us - a nice kitchen and a nice patio out back. I doubt anyone would be disappointed renting this property.

Very spacious and had board games for my family to play and loved the ping pong and Foosball in the garage.

All of the instructions for check-in were clear. The house was very clean and well stocked with the essentials. The owner was very responsive to any questions that I had!

This getaway was wonderful in many ways, with cleanliness, organized, helpful labels, ping pong, amazing shower head, and outlet by night stand. Some things to be aware of are very firm beds like a board, hard kitchen chairs, no shower soap, wasn't given address until day before, recliners didn't work in the couch, & ping pong paddles falling apart.

My only comment would be, do not expect things like laundry soap, shampoo or condiments to be there. You can plan for that if you know. Otherwise the place was great and clean. Loved being able to park my boat behind locked gates.

It was good, but ,I would have liked to set the temperature of the Air Conditioner at the comfort level that I prefer for sleeping rather than be limited by a higher temperature that I find comfortable.

The stay was great. The house was clean, AC worked great for the AZ summer, beds are comfortable. The only thing I didn't notice when reading about the property was that you can't park the car in the garage, and when staying somewhere where the temps are 100 or over every day in summer, it'd be nice to park in a garage - not the host's fault, it's in the description, I just didn't see it.

We came out for a family wedding and found this place within 3 minutes of the reception. It was easy to get to everywhere we needed on a quick weekend in Havasu! The kitchen was great although we didn’t use aside from the coffee maker. Overall a great stay and will keep in mind for next time. The only downside was no pool or jacuzzi.

We have rented this house numerous times for an annual event we attend in Lake Havasu. It's spacious, clean, comfortable and conveniently located. The host provides great information on the property.

We were supposed to stay from Wednesday to Monday but we live in Florida and hurricane Milton was going to have direct hit on our area so we had to come later after the airport was reopened. This property owner did not offer any kind of compensation. Another VRBO we were staying at when we had to leave early for the hurricane refunded us the 3 nights were not able to stay. The place was extremely clean and spacious. We were there for a work event so we only slept and showered there.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay. This property was so easy to get to great parking for our boat, space was great lots of space. We had a lot of family that canceled on us so it was just four of us but this house could comfortably accommodate 10 easy. Game room in the garage was a great bonus.Check-in was simple and conversation through email with the owner was great she provided instructions so clear and simple. Looking forward to another trip here.
