Stayed Sep 13, 2025The property had tons of room to accommodate our family of 9, and the 4 porches provided a lot of outdoor space. It’s in a great location with easy access to several Watercolor pools, Western Lake the beach and shopping. The only constructive feedback was for the large patio area. The tables and chairs were very dirty and the gas grill was filthy and not working properly. We found loose screws, staples and 5 partially used paint cans on the patio, so needed to keep the grandchildren away from that space. Also, there’s two exposed bolts on the golf cart that caused a minor knee injury on an adult and a bump on a grandchild’s head. Those should be fixed. I can send a pic.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We love Watercolor! 7th Heaven was a wonderful home and comfortably fit our multigenerational family. It was clean and well cared for. All the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. We all loved the porches!
