Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was very nice. Had everything we needed inside. The golf cart pick up to the beach was always available. The pools are great as well. This unit is at the very front of the complex so the walk to the beach is a little far but can be done but again it is an easy call to the tram and they will pick you up and drop you off outside your unit.

We did have a nice stay but I can see how some would have been disappointed with some things. For one, they have a bunkbed in the loft that was not advertised. The loft has a sliding glass door with balcony with zero curtains or blind... so that was annoying. I wish the owners left an info sheet with the property amminities listed and instructions about helpful tips for the stay. I had to figure out everything all on my own. Thsnk goodness I have stayed on the property a few years ago. The condo wasnt clean as in our feet turned black from the floors so we decided to wear shoes inside. The people staying next door were smoking Marijuana the entire time. I typically dont care about stuff like that but my children who are 3 and 7yo mentioned the smell (they thought it was cigarettes bc they are not exposed to stuff like that). That was not cool at all. And, we didnt have internet for the 1st day. Eveeything else was fine. I'm not sure of I will stay here again.

Very nice property and was in a great area. Very spacious and had all amenities needed for our stay.

I have stayed at Tops’l Tides property for 26 years and this is the first time I can truly say we were disappointed… Unit was not clean and the first night there we left a beach chair under the carport that was gone the next morning.. We walked a mile to the beach and a mile back every day except the last day we flagged down a shuttle going back to the condo..Shuttle was not available any other time we were going and coming from beach area. The condo was extremely dated and carpet had stains. The unit was not clean.. Grease on the stove when we arrived and dirty dishes in cabinet..

Refrigerator didn't work for the first week, substitute small Refrigerator was to small to hold more then 2 days of groceries. Did not like the location at far from the beach, could not take my car and had to ride a tram, which was not a bad thing but inconvenience. And with no choice of mine I had to leave a day early which made me very sad. My original location was on the beach.
