Great stay & exactly what we needed for our family of 8 for this trip

It was a nice house! However the washer smelled really bad using an air fresher didn’t work! And it could have been cleaner like sweeping of the floor, wiping the coffee table,TV screen would have been nice! Also where screened in room is, the curtains were white but had brown looked like water spill on it.It smelled like it was it had a leak and dried not good! ! Also water pressure was not great. Also there was a toy left in the floor from the last person who stayed there which if the floor would have been swept they would have found it! Could use a full length mirror! The hot tube was amazing and the location was phenomenal!! It had LOTS of room! Really nice neighborhood and it was quiet!

The house was perfect for our trip and the host was very responsive to our one issue.

This was the perfect house and location for several coaches to stay while attending the track and cross country coaches clinic at Keystone crossing.

Very nice property, safe neighborhood and convenient to loads of shopping and restaurants. Which was nice since this was a girls shopping trip! Hot tub is a huge plus and they provide plenty of towels which is nice. Would definitely stay here again.

Hot tub was a plus! Bonus setting area and comfortable beds.

If I were to nitpick at anything, a couple of spare blankets and pillows. But the hot tub was great. We didn't get a chance to use the fire pit. The kitchen was a bit small but very nice. We needed a baking sheet for cookies. I emailed the host. They had it delivered by morning! The neighborhood was quiet and safe.

Perfect house for our group. The hot tub was a nice bonus.

Positives: good location, quiet neighborhood, responsive hostNegatives: **kitchen not stocked enough-(no condiments except spices, only TWO wine glasses, only two small packets of sugar for our coffee, no silicone spatula, no plastic wrap or foil, no measuring Tablespoon. **icemaker in fridge doesn’t work (there are ice cube trays in freezer)**no instructions on how to use thermostat/air/heater**this is an old house that has been shoddily-and what looks like hurriedly-updated. Front bathroom has unfinished parts, broken tiles in master shower, some kitchen cabinets are in disrepair, we tripped on the foot of the master bed three times because it sticks out beyond the edge of the mattresses, there are different levels in the flooring with transition pieces between diff rooms. It looks like they just went over the original flooring and didn’t demo any original tile. This presented a tripping hazard for my 91 year-old mother who gets up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and the kitchen. We didn’t feel this home was worth the price we paid. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean rooms and tenperarure was good!

We had 3 employees stay and they said they loved everything about this place. We will definitely be booking this again.

This house & property are very lovely. Updated and focused on multiple people living together & having both personal space and together time. All questions or items of concern were easily & quickly addressed.

Beautiful home and extremely safe, quiet neighborhood. Clean, well equipped (plenty of towels, dishes, etc), updated furniture and appliances. We discovered the Keurig was not working and a new one was delivered within hours of letting management know! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again when in the area.

Great stay, house was very comfortable with plenty of room for everyone. Communication was very clear with no issues from start to finish!

House has a lot of space. I loved the master bedroom. It was very spacious and was attached to an enclosed air conditioned porch which was a very nice place to have morning coffee. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment. Overall we really liked this property and would stay here again

Everything was exactly as described. Kiddos had a great time. Nice safe neighborhood. Had a darling porch. Hot tub was very clean. Plenty of space for a family of 6.

Lovely neighborhood and perfect house for our family to gather while in the area! We enjoyed the hot tub and playing family games at the large dining table. We also loved the four seasons room off the kitchen!

Our family was able to stay at the house for graduation weekend. It was great to hang out, eat, and play games at the dining table and everyone enjoyed the hot tub!

We had a great time. Big space perfect for a family to stay at. Host was very communicative. The mattresses are on the soft side, if that matters to you. Would stay again!

We loved our stay! Penny Spices and Trader Joe’s is right down the road as it the Mall, but the neighborhood is very quiet! The house itself is so welcoming and very nicely decorated and layed out. I love to cook and the kitchen is great! We loved our stay! We came to visit my I’ll brother and it was a perfect location. We hope to return soon.

We had a team of two installers stay here while doing a job in Fishers and they enjoyed the house. The owner was very responsive and everything was as advertised.

The property's location is ideal, situated in a safe and family-friendly neighborhood. It comfortably accommodated our family, offering a child-safe environment. The owners were highly responsive and accommodating, even when our departure was delayed due to an unforeseen event. We will certainly consider this property again for future visits to the area. As for myself, I am nervous to use hot tubs that I do not maintain. But the hot tub was clean and in excellent working order.

The home was perfect for our ladies group weekend!

5 of us stayed at the womens conference. The location and decor of the place was great. However, the cleanliness was disappointing. There were dirty tissues left on tables and both coffee tables were sticky, there were knats in the shower, and the overhead fans were covered in dust. The layout was great, but whoever is doing your cleaning needs to be talked too.

When I checked in, looked around there were a few things missing that our party would need. I requested these items, via message on website and the property managers quick response satisfied our desires expeditiously.

Overall a great stay. House was incredibly clean, great area, close to downtown.

Absolutely adorable property, very clean & cute decor. I loved that there were 3 bathrooms with towels & soap as well as kitchen utensils for cooking & eating. My only complaints are that the A/C was not working and it took about 6 hours to get it fixed and the hot tub was not very clean.

Clean house, good quiet location, comfortable beds, good host communication. Kitchen not as well stocked as it should be (largest pot is 3 qt, all knives are serated, etc). Need more towels and wash clothes to fit the amount of people that can stay here. Overall, a good place in Carmel. Would stay here again

Overall this property suited our family of six 3 adults/3 kids (5, 8 & 13) very well. It was clean. Air conditioner worked well & ceiling fans big bonus. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Bunk bed room was great for kids and the king suite & 2 queen guest rooms were perfect for us. There was lots of storage in all room. Bonus perks - 2 car garage & porch swing. 4 season room provided a separate living area so the kids could play. Fenced yard had a firepit and a charcoal grill - but bring your own wood/charcoal for fires and own chairs to sit around the firepit or on the very nice deck. Things to Note: *Need dish drainer or drain mat - not everything goes in the dishwasher. *Need dimmer for the full guest bath - the lighting was super bright. *No Bath mats - we had to use regular towels on the floor so we had to do towel laundry to have enough for the six of us. It was nice to have a washer/dryer and laundry/dish soap & bath soap/shampoo supplied. *Knives are provided but they are very flimsy and dull. *No mixing bowls for mixing pancakes, making meatloaf or serving popcorn; also no sizable (i.e.) 4 quart pan for cooking pasta; no blender or measuring cups for making recipes; the peeler for peeling potatoes or carrots was extremely cheap; no condiments, oil or adequate spices (except salt). No storage containers for leftovers. Kitchen washcloth would save on paper towels. Extra trash bags and adult forks were needed and oven directions would be helpful. Nice Wi-Fi/TVs.

We love this housed, it was perfect for our family. The only unsettling thing that happened was after we ordered food to the house, we had i guess forgotten to lock the front door. Within an hour of that, a man opened up our front door and walked right in, asking my children(because we were in the hot tub) if the lived there or if the owner was there...and then claim to have walked in the wrong house and he turned around and left. My husband confronted the man in the driveway and he just kept saying i have the wrong house... it was obviously could have been worse and im glad thats all it was, but we just didnt know what to expect the rest

Comfortable stay in a nice quiet neighborhood. Everything was lovely and we had all that we needed, except there were not enough towels for 8 people. Would definitely stay again. Thanks
