Spacious Indoor & Outdoor Living With Beautiful Red Rock Views. Near Holy Chapel

The house is exactly as described. Kitchen completely fully equipped. And the host so agreeable. And the view is beautiful. Hope to come back sometime.

House was Clean, only thing I would like to of seen in the kitchen was an air frier. Otherwise it was well stocked, with all items you would need. Views were nice, you could even walk to them, if you are up for a hike. We did both.Front patio was the best place to hang out to enjoy. Thank you Lisa.

I had a great stay with adult friends. This was a great launching point for hikes in their area, and to drive into downtown Sedona. The house itself was as pictured, the beds were comfortable, the rooms were spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect location for the 4 of us high school friends to come together and relax. We each had our own king size bed and the space was so comfortable. Several restaurants to pick from and beautiful views.

We had a wonderful time in Sedona. Our accommodation was great. It was spacious, clean, with everything we needed. It was close to everything. It was our first time with a Vrbo property and we were very happy. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Cougar house had everything, from 4 bedrooms with super comfortable king beds to the smallest details like plenty of towels and all possible kitchen needs. Our favorite was the front courtyard, watching the changing colors on the various layers of the red hills that surround the house. It is also in a very quiet and peaceful location, just a pleasant 1 mile walk to Cathedral Rock Trailhead (which surprised us to be one of our all time favorite hikes).We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cougar House. The house was well located, very clean, and had everything we needed. What I appreciate most was Lisa’s welcoming and informative messages. As first time visitors to Sedona, her suggestions were really key to us having a well planned trip. She even went out of her way to research the best way for us to get to the Grand Canyon. I really appreciated her enthusiastic and accurate—and extremely helpful—suggestions.The house is well taken care of and had everything we needed. We cooked in the kitchen one night and found it to be well stocked. There were plenty of towels, soap, shampoo, lotions, etc. in the bathrooms. Our bed was extremely comfortable. There was a lot of furniture and room to store things. The pictures and description accurately represent the house.We had a great experience in the Cougar House and we would definitely stay again!

Clean, conveniently located, quite neighborhood and well appointed.

The location was perfect—a very short drive or even a walk to the primo hiking trails: Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, Devil’s Bridge, and the Chapel Trail. Close enough to uptown Sedona, but far enough to avoid the traffic. Morning sun on the front patio with a mountain view east, afternoon sun on the back patio with a mountain view to the west. All four bedrooms had very comfortable king beds. Two living rooms with comfortable seating—though there was too much to do to spend any time there! The kitchen had everything we needed. Lisa responded to any inquiry we had immediately and had great suggestions of things to do in the area. All in all, one of the best of our many VRBO experiences.

Lots of space to move around centrally located, walking distance to trailheads (which is a great plus considering the traffic).

Great property for our group of 3 couples. Lots of room to gather comfortably both indoors and on the two patios. Very well appointed with supplies. Bedding was extremely comfortable and the house was immaculate.

My 3 friends and I stayed here for 3 nights in March. This house is very clean and comfortable. Everything you'd need to cook breakfast, lunch or even a dinner is supplied. Lisa was very kind and helpful with information and communication. The location in VOC was great near Chapel, Bell Rock and wasn't too bad getting further north to the Y, which we did several times. Pretty views! It's a great place!

The house was as advertised. All four king beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was clean and well laid out. We enjoyed both front and back outdoor sitting areas. The house was in a quiet neighborhood yet close to downtown Sedona galleries and hiking trails.

Very clean, and tons of space! Weather was very chilly so we were glad to have the indoor places to be without being crowded. Very well equipped inside and out. Property managers were very attentive and answered our questions right away. We definitely recommend!

We had our yearly girls trip and the Cougar Home didn’t disappoint. It was beautiful and all the small details were on point. The views after the first snowfall were stunning. We would absolutely stay here again!

We Liked the location of this place. It was very clean and bedrooms are large. There are many levels inside this house which we didn’t realize and was a challenge for my elderly mother who uses a cane. I do wish the hosts had let us know that we could have gotten in prior to the 4p check-in like most VRBO hosts.

My 3 sisters and I all enjoyed our stay at the cougar house. Four bedrooms for king size beds all very comfortable. Plenty of space. The location of the property is a quick drive to all hiking trails and sights we wanted to see in the Sedona area. The views from the house weren’t quite as expected, but a quick walk in the neighborhood allowed beautiful views of the named rock formations in the area.

Everything we needed was available in the kitchen and indoors.

Great house with stunning views and the most comfy beds! Clean, well equipped and lots of space. We enjoyed wine in the evening on the front patio looking up at Bell Rock. Would definitely go back!

Perfect house for our Christmas family vacation. Oversized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen, tv room, and family room (even had a Christmas tree!) Great neighborhood, quiet and close to everything. Easy check in and out process with great communication throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful property in a great neighborhood and near downtown Sedona. It was decorated for Xmas complete with a tree. Lots of supplies and regular coffee. Great stay.

Walking distance to several hikes

Location was wonderful and this was the best stocked vrbo house we have ever stayed in. Loved that it had so many extra's like kitchen supplies that you don't always remember to bring. Response from the owner was fast and efficient, problem solved. Great stay.

The cougar house was magnificent. We had eight of us, and all the accommodations were as listed. There's so much to do in Sedona. The house is fully equipped. Recommend to anybody verycomfortable

House was perfect for communal gatherings while still having lots of personal space. Outdoor spaces were wonderful, especially for watching sunrise and sunset over Cathedral rock. We even had a perfect view of a comet one night, as well as a full moon. Great hiking every day with lots of good restaurants nearby.

This spacious home has comfortable gathering areas, a well-stocked kitchen and two outdoor sitting areas with views of the beautiful red rocks and the ability to star-gaze in a quiet, ‘dark sky’ type of neighborhood. Each bedroom has a fan to supplement the AC should you need it. There are even nightlights throughout the home and labels on the switches. Very thoughtful. The location is great, out of the sometimes crazy traffic of town, but close enough to get there easily. We could choose from a variety of hike trails within 20 minutes of the house. If you have the time don’t miss the beautiful scenic drive up & back to Flagstaff (maybe taking in the Walnut Canyon National).

Location location location. The home was spacious & had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The views are bar none & so close to The Chapel of the Cross, among other amazing sights. We loved our morning coffee on the back patio and in the evenings we could sit on the front patio or hang around in one of the several sitting areas laughing while playing board games. Great host.

Clean, comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location. King size beds were great. It was very relaxing to just sit outside after a long travel day.

We really enjoyed our time at the Chapel. Very conveniently located to many of the Sedona trails, allowing us to drive less. Lisa was very responsive to any questions and the beds were the most comfortable we ever slept in for a VRBO home. Definitely recommend this home for an easy family retreat.

This home is perfect for a large family or even for couples. We loved that it had four bedrooms that all had king beds. We also loved the fact that it has three full bathrooms. This home has two master bedrooms, which turned out to be very beneficial for us. It really did feel like home. It was clean and cozy. It had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a wonderful week’s stay. I highly recommend this property. The owner was reachable and responsive. Will definitely stay again and again.
