Spacious House in the Heart of NW AR w/ Office and Game Room

Nice little house for a weekend in Fayetteville. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Would definitely consider stay here again

We really enjoyed this space, the host had so many amenities that were unexpected. We especially enjoyed all of the games the host had. Next time I have to stay in Arkansas, I will definitely be looking into booking again!

We booked months ahead for a week’s large event. On arrival finding dog pee, wet dog smell, matted fur, water leak, smeared fridge and windows and more. When the cleaner arrived next day, he said he’d already spent hours in the master suite fixing wet dog smell and a fur caked shower from a long term guest. He spent hours again and it was better, but we still found dog fur in couches, wet dog smell persisted etc. We noted dissatisfaction at the remaining wet dog musk ( on diffusers and carpet powder too). We would have expected max of limited effects from a clean house dog from reviews and listing, but nothing like the persistent wet dog musk we had to live in. In response hosts only stated they allow pets, but they also said they plan to replace carpet - so it seems they know the problem. All nearby Vrbos and hotels around were full due the large event, so moving costs would’ve been the whole week’s Vrbo cost EACH NIGHT at the only reasonable place we found-a price we were not ready for. Knowing this, the host refused to discuss partial refund for our dissatisfaction we were stuck staying with, only offering refund for unused days if we moved out, knowing difficulty to leave. We understood not replacing carpet while we stayed, but they could’ve considered adjusting the cost to the reality of what we were stuck with. Overall a very stressful and disappointing stay without practical options or refund considered by host. Would've left good review if they had partial refunded.

Great stay! Very convenient to restaurants and shopping, the house has everything, is clean and comfortable. The host was great and very responsive. Would stay again!

Quiet, safe, neighborhood. Kitchen was well stocked with basic items for cooking. Very good directions as to where items are located within the house. Loved placing a pin as to where we live.

Exactly as described and a clean, comfortable stay. This neighborhood was so calm and quiet and beautiful but not a stones throw away from everything you could possibly need. Thank you!

We were in town for a bike race and needed somewhere to basically shower and sleep. The only complaint from all of the guests including the teens, were the beds and pillows were not the best. Otherwise great.
