Spacious + Homey East Nashville Hangout - Walk to the Stadium! 2mi to Broadway!

Went to 4 different places in Nashville. Best by far.

Loved the house! Girls trip for 6 and it fit us perfectly! Very spacious, close to broadway! All the beds were super comfy, with all the amenities needed for our stay.

Lovely property although deck was not ready for the spring season. Would have loved to have used the kitchen but didn’t find a grocery nearby. Next time would order food delivery up front. Great little neighbourhood cafe and coffee shop with easy access to music venues. Perfect for a small group.

The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Location worked well. The iron needs to be replaced, black stuff came out on a dress that was being ironed for the wedding we were in Nashville for.

Beds were very comfortable. Lots of room to relax in.

The house looks deceptively small from the front but is roomy inside. Hosts provide all you need for the house to be like a home. Fireplace makes the family room cozy. Communication with host was excellent.

This home was in great shape - very clean, comfortable & spacious. The location was great for easy access to downtown Nashville and Nissan stadium. The communication was great and listing is accurate.

Very clean and tons of space, all was as advertized. Perfect place for our large group to come together and enjoy all Nashville has to offer but to also get quiet time if needed! Easy access to downtown as well as exploring further out!

Communication with the property manager was as easy as could be. She always responded really quickly and worked with me and our group to get us an earlier check in since Our flight arrived In the morning. Such a cute home and a great layout. It was clean, the beds were all very comfortable and we learned that every single couch converts into a bed. We really appreciated the coffee being provided , all the towels available, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and even make up remover wipes were available! We were told by locals that we were not in The best area surrounding our street, But we didn’t have any issues on our street. It was very calm and a quick seven minute drive downtown To Broadway . We couldn’t have asked for a better host and a better home. We were a very happy group of girls!
