The home sits across the street from tennis courts and near the renowned Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course at Country Club of the Rockies. Families will love the large back lawn for kids to play, and the scenic walking path leading to the country club’s public restaurant makes dinnertime strolls easy and enjoyable.

Designed with entertaining in mind, this three-story home comfortably sleeps large groups and features a dedicated lower-level game room with a wet bar, pool table, large smart TV, and cozy seating area, perfect for movie nights or après-ski fun. While the furnishings and finishes have a more traditional, dated style, the home is stocked with all the essentials (and more) for a relaxing mountain retreat.

An adjacent dining area comfortably seats eight, and a kitchen island allows the chef of the family to stay part of the action. This level also includes a private office space, perfect for remote work, and a spacious primary suite with an en suite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, while the lower level houses two more guest rooms, also with private baths.

Whether you're hitting the slopes in winter or hitting the trails in summer, this home is a comfortable home base for exploring Vail Valley. The shops and restaurants of downtown Edwards are just a short drive away, providing even more opportunities to enjoy local flavor and charm.

Gated community. You must provide your name and house number at the gate in order to enter.
The house has 3 TVs and Comcast cable with multiple channels and DVR available for recording programs to watch at one's leisure.
High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. Please log out of streaming accounts.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
