Spacious home with private W/D, outdoor pool & central AC

The property itself was wonderful! Roomy, clean, the kitchen had everything. Close to the beach and activities. The rooms were perfect for all my family. I can't recommend this property enough. Hopefully, will stay there next year.

16 the Palms was a great choice for our large family. It was super clean, with beds already made when we arrived. It was also very nice to not have to worry about visiting a Vacasa site and getting a key to check-in/check-out. It was conveniently located close to some of our family's favorite places and the beach was not overly crowded.

The little touches matter. A pack of napkins. A few of this and that to get us started for the week. Well stocked with kitchen supplies for basic cooking. Thank you for sharing your beach house with us for the week!

The house is beautiful, has anything and anything you need, close to the beach, close to restaurants, close to activities for kids. LOVED our stay.

We loved the home it was perfect for my family to meet together and enjoy the beach.

This was, by far, the nicest, most well stocked rental in Ocean City we’ve had and we’ve been renting homes in OC for years. The house was clean when we arrived, linens already on beds & there was plenty of space for our group of 10. There was plenty of soap, laundry detergent and tp to get us through the week. My only criticisms would be that the blinds in all of the rooms are just standard horizontal blinds and there are no curtains so bedrooms were fully bright at 5:30am. We had to hang towels and blankets to make rooms dark for babies and toddlers. Also, the sign in the kitchen said not to use the decorative quilts as blankets, but no other sleeping blankets were provided (just sheets) so maybe bring your own? Or they should update the listing to reflect this so guests know. Lastly, some of the pillows in the kids room had plastic pillow covers which are not comfortable to sleep on at all bc they crinkle. Other than those few minor things, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay!

Comfy beds, clean home, easy check in process. Great location. It has enough cooking and serving utensils to accommodate large groups. Very highly recommended.

The balconies were great to sit outside but the constant traffic on the highway took away from the beautiful scenery. Great views of the ocean! We enjoyed our stay very much and a super close walk to the beach.
