Spacious Home with Large Backyard Minutes from Graceland and Downtown Memphis

The rooms were clean, however we see a few bugs (beetles) that came in the house since the house is older and sits by a little Forrest area. Bathroom was not the greatest. A few spots on the floors in the house sink in. Its not the best but ive stayed in hotels worse. Id give it a 5 outta 10

The location was great . The concerts were in two locations. Proctor Arkansas and Byhalia Mississippi. The house was 35 mil both ways so it made it so easy to get back and forth.

House very dilapidated inside & out. Says pet friendly but yard was not fenced in. No dishes, about 10 Styrofoam plates & plastic cups. Pd cleaning fee, floors were filthy. Only 1 way in & out which is a fire hazard and illegal. Found many bugs dead and alive. The booking process was easy. I will pass it by next time.

The home was bigger than expected. I really like the parking setup. The home was comfortable and to our liking.

I have rented VRBO’s numerous times and have never been afraid…until now!! I was traveling with my elderly Mother and my daughter and I would not even get out of the car! The listing has no exterior pictures so I should have known! Bars on the doors, dilapidated building behind house, scary yard! I rented the house for 2 nights and asked for a refund and never got any kind of response. I can’t verify the cleanliness etc only the exterior! I wouldn’t stay here with my husband much less myself and my child and mother. Beware!!!

The house was clean and cozy but very rustic. The house needs maintenance. The front and back doors are hard to open and close. Kitchen only provided minimal accommodations (paper plates and plastic cups). If you want peace and quiet, this is not the place to be. Online description needs to include the house is next to a very busy road with lots of truck traffic. Location is fairly close to attractions.

Great stay!

I had a small hiccup during my stay. I was in immediate communication with Rhonda! She was amazingly prompt and took care of my issue immediately. She was an amazing host.

Check in/out process was quick and easy and the host left a nice welcome gift. The house is definitely older and the outside isn’t overly inviting but the inside is spacious and has everything you need.
