Spacious Home with Hot Tub in Indy

This was a great place for our family vacation to Indy. Easy access to downtown, the zoo, and the Children’s Museum. My girls loved riding their scooters to the playground down the street (just a short walk). The hot tub was not hot right away, but we were able to heat it up for our 2nd night. The house is clean, gorgeous, and spacious, and beds were very comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed, and I appreciated it being stocked with coffee. Owner is super responsive and kind. Check in and access were very easy. Garage was great as street parking can be tough.

This house was amazing for my family of 11 and the host was even better. Clean, spacious, and cozy. They were able to accommodate us when our flight was cancelled 2 times and the rate was fair. Can't wait to come back to Indy to stay in our beautiful home away from home. Hopefully the weather is better and the kids can play at the beautiful park that is located at the end of the block. Thank you for an amazing experience!!!!

Everything was just as advertised. Roads are super narrow, so it was a little bit hard to maneuver with a large vehicle. But the house was very clean and had everything we needed.

Well appointed, lots of space. Use of garage was a really nice bonus.

HOUSE WAS CLEAN

Property was clean and beautiful. Pet friendly. Plenty of space for a family to spread out. Great outdoor spaces. Manager communicated wonderfully. Check-in process was a breeze. Street parking was somewhat difficult but there is a large garage that can be accessed from behind the house.

Our stay was great! The VRBO was very clean and items were all restocked when we arrived. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly. Staying in Indianapolis, I am always worried about how the neighborhood will be but it was a very calm and safe neighborhood. We had a super easy easy drive to the convention center. We would love to stay here again next year!

well equipped and fruit in the fridge was a nice touch. it was the first time i had to pay for early check in and late check out. i didn't love that but the process of booking it was easy.

This was an amazing space and it was very close to a nice park for kids to play at. The only complaint is that the street it’s on is pretty narrow and there is parking on both sides which could make getting through difficult. Otherwise - it’s a wonderful house to have a family with kids running around.

Great gathering spaces plus parking for our large group. Comfy beds and spacious kitchen were appreciated. Couch could use a refresh but otherwise very clean.

Large, freshly renovated house. Full kitchen, great for larger families or groups. Convenient to all of the downtown attractions.

Well maintained and clean. Pictures are accurate. Plenty of space for all 6 of us. Beds were great to sleep.

The property was clearly furnished with hand me down furnishings, some of which was past their prime. Lighting was missing glass shades and had mismatched bulbs. Over all impression was very average.

We came in for the FDIC show in April and this place was close enough that an Uber only took 10 minutes, restaurants were close and the house was big enough to fit a few business partners. If you are looking to do anything downtown, I would highly recommend this house! It was beautiful, communication was great, check in and check out were very easy. We will look at staying here again next year without a doubt!

Rented the property for a Purdue game weekend trip. Posting accurately described. Clean property, well stocked kitchen, plenty of shared space. Would rent again.

Clean, nice home

We stayed at this beautiful home to attend a birthday party for our aunt who lives in the city. The home is lovely and the decor is stunning! Everything was clean and kitchen and baths were well stocked. Host was gracious and easy to contact. Check-in was a breeze. Didn’t want to leave!

Came to town for a youth hockey game and concert. Picked this house Becouse of the kitchen and space to cook as we travel with a chef. We had amazing meals and got to eat as family and friends.

We were in town for the Steelers/Colts game - the property was minutes from the arena as well as bars/restaurants. Prop manager was easy to communicate with, check-in/out were seamless.

We were a 4-generation family of 10, aged 17 months to 85 years old who were in Indianapolis for a wedding. This house was a great landing place for us. It was well maintained and Katelynn was very responsive to our needs. Everyone enjoyed having space to relax as a family.
