Sleek, all-new stainless steel kitchen appliances come ready and equipped to handle family-style meal planning. There's also a kitchenette in the finished basement equipped with another full-size fridge and dishwasher for added convenience. The main-floor living area comes furnished with a sofa and smart TV for casual home entertainment and the adjoining sunroom makes a perfect spot for some afternoon reading.     Great place to stay near the heart of downtown Seattle! Tons of beds & rooms that fit our group of 7. Really appreciated the little travel sized shampoo and clean nature of the space. We personally really liked hanging out in the living room and sunroom area too. The only complaints I had were that the stairs were a little narrow & steep and the heating/cooling in the rooms varied— some were centralized while others were all individually setup. Also the internet was very unreliable & choppy - casting things onto the TV from our devices were kind of annoying. Overall I would still recommend this place for big groups and people wanting to be close to the city, just be prepared for those minor inconveniences.

    The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was just a short walk away from restaurants, bars, etc. Would absolutley stay there again.

    Large, comfortable house. Great for a group. The house was very clean in a charming neighborhood. The house is on a busy street so there was some traffic noise and parking was tight.

    We found plenty of comfortable space for everyone, conveniently located near the city. And Belinda was a great source of support. The wifi was spotty but that was the only issue. More toilet paper, handsoap, dishwasher detergent and laundry detergent would have been helpful.

    Everything went smoothly with check-in and our stay. Location is great being close to UW and within a reasonable walk to Green Lake. Only small downside is that the property wasn't as well insulated as others we've stayed in, so you will need to turn on the heat a bit to stay warm in Winter!

    Super cool space and tons of room but a little empty. Loved staying here and would stay again. I believe the post mentions the street but just a heads up that is a tricky pull-in/pull-out the first few times but gets easier.
