Nicely landscaped, quiet setting close to everything. The house is perfect for our family, extremely comfortable and plenty of room to spread out. All the amenities needed are there, we enjoyed cooking all our meals there (which was a huge savings from eating out energy meal all week!). We had an issue with the AC and they were immediate in response and it was taken care of right away. Communication is outstanding! We love this house, this was our second year and we will be back to this property!

On the fence for this house! Very cute, charming and spacious. It became a quest to gain access as VRBO had my email address wrong, physically went to property management which is for perm rentals only, once we found the vacation rental office they were incredibly helpful and apologetic for misinformation from VRBO. However, most frustrations came from little things in the home that were broken or inaccessible. The very cute courtyard must be accessed through bedrooms as the front doors are locked with a key that is not given to renters. The casita definitely problematic and very cold, musty, stinky. To be fair there was a disclaimer about the insulation on this unit. The first 2 space heaters we tried were broken. The 3rd time was a charm and yes it put out heat but still cold at night. The bathtub in the master has a crack and is not to be used, half a dozen light bulbs would still not be sufficient as many of the outlets are either burnt out or ?? Spoke with a nice young lady from property management that stated a maintenance man would be out the following day to repair bathroom door in the casita and take away the fire hazardous space heaters so that no one else would be tempted. That was our last contact and again to be fair I did not attempt further help. Kick plate under the oven is loose and my husband gashed his toe (do not cook barefooted) Poor owner needs to spend couple of evenings here to see what needs attention. Location is great and quiet

Perfection! Marvelously clean, beautiful decor, supremely comfortable, unimaginably glorious private setting, communication was positive and timely. Family of 4 had plenty of room to relax and spread out. Kitchen had top line appliances, everything needed to cook and even bake. Only suggestion is maybe allow for some non-perishables in stock (i.e. Olive oil, sugar) so you don't have to spend on that only to use a fraction of it. Also, instructions for people like me who struggle with multiple remotes ?. We absolutely will be back, love this home enough we will base our vacation time on it's availability.

This property's amenities and supplies were perfect for what we needed. Mostly ate out but did cook one dinner and had everything we needed. Great location and pretty centrally located to all your needs. Check in was a breeze and the the property management was friendly. House was comfortable enough; would come back again in the future. Thanks again!

What I liked best was the location! A short walk to trails, away from the thick of the hubbub but close to a great grocery store and good restaurants. The home was cozy and comfortable too.

Property is great. Didn’t mind being next to a cemetery bc it’s so unique. Place needs to be updated big time. It’s very old and It felt like we were in someone’s home with all their “stuff” and not a VRBO. The towels / blankets need to be updated and the Kitchen amenities are not up to par. It would have been nice to have some coffee pods available. The casita is more like a storage room with a bed - glad there was a bathroom in it but be careful because you’ll hit your head on the overhead cabinets if not paying attention. Furniture needs to be deep cleaned. We appreciated the beauty of the views. Again - good area just old

The house was very nice with good views of the surrounding mountains. It was easy to get into the house and find everything needed. The few problems with instructions we had were most likely due to using ‘generalized’ instructions for multi-home instructions. We were told that a key for the casita was either next to the home directory or on the kitchen counter. After a couple minutes looking we found it hanging on a hook on wall leading into the laundry room/exit. There was also a note about javelina’s getting into the garbage and that we were to put the trash cans in a separate location next to garage and to fasten with bungee cords. NO garage and NO bungee cords to be found. Overall we would stay there again now knowing we don’t have to look all over for things.

We loved our stay at this property! The location was convenient to all of the trails and destinations around Sedona. The neighborhood was quiet and inviting (and having the cemetery and hiking trails just steps away was a bonus). The house itself was cozy, well stocked and perfect for star gazing at night or watching the sunrise in the morning. We would definitely stay here again on a future trip.

We loved the location of this home and the views! Our group of three generations cooked wonderful meals in the well-stocked kitchen and enjoyed the multiple spaces to relax together inside and out. Lots of personal touches make this house feel like a home.

This is a beautiful property with plenty of room for everyone. Our adult daughter loved having her own space in the casita. Super close to sedona. And the views from the windows are gorgeous!

The house is nice and on a nice neighborhood. Also pretty centrally located for Sedona area activities. The house does need some updating, but that does not affect the functionality. Would definitely start there again.
