Stayed Dec 20, 2025When we arrived at the house in Marietta, GA, the temperature on the first floor was 52. We called the contact person who sent someone over but they were unsuccessful in fixing the problem. Then he wanted to have us wait fo another person. It was also apparent that the house had not been cleaned. We left after thee hours to find another place. We reported this to Evolve and sent pictures requesting a refund.

Stayed Jul 28, 2025My grandkids were really disappointed about the ordeal with the Community Pool and us not being able to use due to the prior people that stayed there. Honestly, I would have booked a different house had I known that. The owner(property manager) was very nice though. So no complaints about him.
