Spacious home steps away from the beach, with pool

Excellent place the owner is a great person i really appreciate me and my family have lots of fun really recommended and will be back next vocations

The house as clean, though not as spacious as anticipated. But that didnt detract from out stay, or the enjoyable time we had. Timothy was very gracious and patient with question. If and when we return to Corpus Christi, I will contact him first for possible accommodations.

Great room layout. We loved the patio. The kitchen was well stocked with gadgets, pans, etc. Lots of beach gear in the garage including surf fishing equipment. Easy acces to dining and groceries. New flooring, freshly painted and newer appliances. We highly recommend and will return for another stay.

Host gave all the information you needed prior to showing up.

Spacious, clean, nice patio.

Check in was a breeze, the place was clean and loaded with everything you need for your stay. The patio was a nice area to hang out. The pool was clean and refreshing. We brought our dog this time and we had easy access to grassy area outside the patio. I would recommend and will be staying here again. My only complaint is that the beach is atleast a half a mile away. Luckily we were able to rent a pop up cover and baby gate from babyquip! Bring a wagon!!!

I was very impressed with the condo. The pictures are spot on. It was very clean. It really is not that far from the beach. The landlords answered all questions I had. I would recommend this place to all my friends

The house was decent. Up stairs bed rooms are nice. Bath rooms are dated. Parking was an issues especially with a large truck. A small vehicle would have no problem. The only parking is in a tiny garage or on the street. Patio and balcony doors need help. Very difficult to open and close. I dont think the cleaning staff cleans very well. But thats probably anywhere you go. Patio was a little dirty. Other than that it was just a place to sleep.

Honestly, when we arrived, we were disappointed to find several issues upon entering the house, to the point that we considered finding alternative accommodations. Tim, however, was very good with communication and promptly addressed a couple of the issues that day, being mindful not to disturb us excessively during our stay. After reflection and prayer, we chose to make the most of our situation.

Not the vacation I was intending on having as the day we were leaving my 13 year old best friend passed. This was supposed to be our time together very bad day but decided to go anyway. This place was supper quiet which I didnt expect and super clean. Got away from the house and was very pleased with surroundings. Will return and try this again looks like a great city to check out. Could not have had better communication and was even allowed an extra night and really needed it.Thanks , Jerry

We came for the weekend for a graduation. It was easy to find. We got in early and were able to check in early which was great as we had two little ones with us. Lots of beach toys available in the garage to use and had a wagon we used to walk to the beach both days. The place really had everything we needed for 10 people. I was afraid it was going to feel cramped, but it did not at all! The kids loved the bunk beds! Great vacay spot!

All my son wanted was to go to the beach for his birthday and he couldnt have been halpier! Other than some noisy neighbprs ot was amazing!!! We loved ot amd have decoded to try and make this an annual family trip!! The house was clean and had everything we could have needed. And the owner checked in with us to make sure we had what we needed and things were going well. The only reason we didnt do 5 stars all across is because the fridge dis have a very very strong not so fresh seafood smell. But we did some googling and discovered vinegar would help that and there was actually vinegar in the house so we were eventually able to get rid of the smell but it was pretty strong the first night and morning. And we did have to wash the pots and pans before we used them, even though they came straight out of the dishwasher... Overall for our first ever air B & B experience this was great though and like i said this will be a new annual thing for us.
