Spacious Home - Sleeps 8 Fire-pit 1 Block to EKU & Downtown, 2 Miles to I-75

The property was gorgeous. It was very spacious and clean. We did find dirty sports bra and underwear under a chair that belonged to the owner of the house and their mascara. It was nice w the small touches. We booked our reservation for 6 adults. We had 5. The lady, who owned, kept asking for a number count and then try to send me an additional bill for people over 2 people. I booked here for 6 people. We had less people than 6 & we only even stayed there one night. Very ridiculous to try to send w bill after

The place was very clean and so many small things there for convience in the kitchen and bathrooms. TV in every bedroom. Lots of sleeping options and AC/Heat worked fabulously

Perfect location and owner was very accommodating.

We really enjoyed our stay. Great location! We were able to walk to several restaurants and bars.Well stocked with everything you will need and everything is labeled so nicely. The only issue we had is the listing said there were 3 bedrooms with double or queen beds when 2 bedrooms had twin beds. One of our couples had to sleep in twin beds. But it wasn’t a big deal. Just beware!

This house made you feel at home. Very clean and stocked with whatever you need. From kitchen items to shampoo in the bath, not much more you would want.I had my dogs with me and the yard was great for them even having to tie out! Will definitely use again!

Clean, Nicely stocked kitchen w basics, coffee station. Our group enjoyed visiting here at Wellington and it truly felt like visiting Grandma’s house. WiFi connection was good and allowed for telework! Beds were very comfortable and we slept well. Great location and outside of Lexington, near the intersection arterials. We visited Coolmore Farms and New Vocations, the amazing KY Horse Park & USEF Show (Pony Finals) several tack shops— great experience overall, great cottage and we ordered from Apollo’s pizzeria— the local info board in the kitchen is a great addition to our tourist adventures. We may be back next year! Thank you!

Even nicer than the pictures! Best equipped VRBO I have stayed at and I have rented many. Super clean, tastefully decorated and comfortable furnishings. Would absolutely stay here again if in Richmond.

Stayed in the house for a night on our way home from a trip to Florida. House was convenient, clean, and had plenty of room for the seven of us after a long drive.We would stay here again if we come back to the area.

Super nice and clean

Lots of bedrooms. Cute decor. Lots of games for our family to play. This host has everything you could possibly need on your stay. We've rented houses before that didn't even have a hairdryer in the house,but this one has everything you might need. Very impressed! The wifi was incredibly fast!

Property is tucked into a quiet neighborhood. Modern appliances with a well appointed kitchen. Everything provided. Downstairs bathroom has a beautifully remodeled walk in shower. We spend most of our day time away from house, everyone had a bed to sleep in. Was too hot for a fire. Back porch is very nice. Loved it. Everyone wants to stay there next year!

It was clean and nice for friends and bridal party.

My partner Ginny went to here grandsons wedding she enjoyed the house .
