Spacious Home on Lake W/Pool & Spa Short Walk to Beach Permit #016113

This is our second stay at this house. It's a beautiful, comfortable home located near the beach. I communicated with Donna about a couple of questions and she was very helpful. We plan on returning and highly recommend the property!

This house is absolute perfect! The back yard was a paradise with the pool overlooking the water. The beach is only a 10 minute walk. We brought bikes so that was handy to get around the whole resort area. The house and neighborhood are absolutely beautiful. The house was extremely clean and had all the beds we needed. Donna was a great host responding quickly and kindly. We would definitely book again if we came back to the area!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and fully stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. From the moment we walked in, we could tell this place was well cared for. The beds were cozy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the living spaces were perfect for both relaxing and spending time together.The location was ideal—close to everything we wanted to do, yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. We especially loved the wonderful size pool.The host was extremely helpful, responsive, and kind, making sure our experience was smooth and enjoyable. You can tell they truly care about their guests.This home made our vacation even more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

We had a group of 16, ages 4 through early 60s. - Very well stocked kitchen, including crockpot, blender, coffee maker, plenty of pots/pans/baking sheets, etc. - House was very clean at arrival! - Great pool, supply of toys/buckets/etc in the garage (though this probably rotates based on who takes and leaves and such, but definitely enough to get you started). - Easy walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes depending on your speed. - Hosts were VERY responsive to any questions we had, really cared that their guests gave a great stay. I’d recommend this house to anybody. It’s great for big families, or even a group of friends traveling together. There is enough room that you’re not on top of each other, and plenty of room to sit and play games or eat as a big group. We had a great vacation, and would rent here again if we return to the area.

We have stayed in several properties in Palmetto Dunes and this was by far the best one we have been to. Communication with property owner was easy and effective. The house itself was beautiful and extremely well stocked. We had 8 adults and 5 children from 2 through 12 and never felt crowded or cramped. Everything was marked for efficiency and ease of use. The pool area was large and comfortable. The bathrooms as well as the whole house were very clean and roomy. We would definitely recommend this vacation rental and also would consider another visit ourselves!

We loved the house. It had plenty of room for our family. The pool was great. Our grandkids had a wonderful time. We got bicycles to ride to the beach. It’s not a hard walk, but it is a half a mile to the beach.The master bathroom on the first floor was not cleaned and the thermostat could not be turned below 70. Some of the bedrooms were uncomfortably warm, especially at night. If not for these two things, I would have given the property 5 stars.

We have our family a trip to Hilton Head for Christmas. We all had such a wonderful time. We had four daughters, their spouses and one 20 month old granddaughter! We celebrated Easter and our 40th wedding anniversary which happened to fall on Easter this year. Donna’s home was exactly as pictured and we all had our own bedroom and bath! The kitchen and living spaces an accommodated us very well! The pool, hot tub and lake were all so lovely and peaceful. Everyone said they loved it on HH better than FL and can’t wait to come back!!

This house made our entire trip amazing! Location was perfect and the backyard was incredible! We had 6 adults and 6 kids and had more than enough room! Thank you for an amazing and memorable trip! We will absolutely be back!

We could have not been happier with our stay. The property was very clean and welcoming. The host was great and readily available. We enjoyed the spaciousness of the home being a group of 9 adults and 6 kids .Especially with all the bedrooms having full bathrooms. We enjoyed a good amount of time in the Carolina room in the mornings with coffee and evenings after dinner and the beach/pool/hot tub. The two refrigerators , dishwasher and washer and dryer made everything nice and easy to keep things clean and running smoothly with a large group of all ages. The 2 buggies for the beach and beach gear were VERY helpful and used daily. We enjoyed the easy, short walk down to the ocean and bike rides around the neighborhood. Great memories were made and we look forward to returning !

WE stayed in this beautiful home in aug. 2024 . The home was beautiful and the owners were awesome. can't say enough good things about our trip and this house. can't wait to go again.

This is a beautiful property that is perfect for multiple families. The pool, pond, and proximity to the beach were fantastic. The home is lovely and there is a great attention to detail. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again!
