This was a very peaceful place to call home for a week. My kids and I felt very comfortable and I loved sitting on the deck every morning with a book and cup of tea. We'll be back.

The property was just as pictured and very cute. Also it was well-stocked with more supplies than we expected.

We had a wonderful stay at this home in Wellfleet. We were able to make a lot of our own meals. The gas grill was great, and the kitchen was well equipped. There was a hand mixer, but not a blender so if you like to make smoothies or milkshakes you may want to bring your own. The back deck is lovely and very peaceful. It is close to Marconi Beach which is now one of our favorites. We usually stay in Eastham or Orleans, but would definitely stay here again. The home was very clean when we arrived, and both showers worked great with good water pressure. It was nice having a bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. There were many decorations and nice touches that gave it a cottagy feel --which is exactly what we are looking for when we stay on the Cape.

My husband and son and I had a week at this wonderfully comfortable house. It is quiet and close to everything we wanted to do (ponds, town, gym in Eastham). Frank was a responsive and kind host. The kitchen was well stocked and had cookware that was a joy to use (I am so tired of finding scratched Teflon in rental houses). The gas grill had gas ready to go. There were nice touches like the flower boxes that attracted hummingbirds. We had a great time both at the house and in Wellfleet.

The homey property was in a great location- woodsy with a hint of that wonderful smelling salty marsh air. The owner was so nice to deal with-pleasant, helpful and responsive. It was sad to leave!

My wfe and I and three young adult daughters really enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were what we expected, a little like camp, but better. We loved the wooded privacy, the outdoor shower and plenty of room. The location was most convenient and the host was responsive. We plan on returning next year!
