The Space:

Throughout the home, you’ll find an easy-going, artisticvibe, with minimalistic design and touches of creativity. The space encourages you to unwind, let go, and enjoy each other’s company without distractions.



As you enter the home, you’ll be welcomed by an open living room featuring a comfortable couch (brand new couch just added- updated photos coming soon!) and armchair, creating a cozy spot to relax. The space flows seamlessly into the dining area, ideal for enjoying meals or hosting game nights with friends.



The home includes two bedrooms that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom, complete with a full tub and a skylight that fills the room with natural light. One bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the other has a queen-sized bed. At the back of the house, off the porch entry, is a small office space, perfect for getting some work done or having a quiet moment.



Downstairs, you'll find a spacious, lower-level retreat with a large, comfy couch and a TV equipped with Roku streaming services for entertainment. This level also includes a third bedroom with a full sized bed and another office area, along with a full second bathroom for added convenience.



This home is all about creating a laid-back atmosphere where you can enjoy good company, fun games and relaxation all while being surrounded by art and creative inspiration.



Guest Access:

Private entrance and backyard. Guests have access to entire home. Sorry, there is no garage access.

The neighborhood is located in the University Park area, which is a charming and residential part of the city with a mix of historic homes, tree-lined streets, and a quiet, community-oriented vibe. Just a few miles north of University Park, the Denver Botanic Gardens in the Cheesman Park area is a must-see for nature lovers.

    Yes- fully equipped kitchen. Loved the drip coffee maker! It was great to have spices and coffee there. Nice sized kitchen to accommodate 5 of us.Spacious house. Nice fenced in yard. Jill was a prompt and kind communicator. The only thing we wish is that there was more than one king sized bed. Our sons-in-law took turns sleeping in the basement couch because the queen sized beds were just too uncomfortable for two.We will certainly stay there again when we return to Denver. Loved the walkability neighborhood!

    Very roomy. Had everything that we needed aside from a toaster. But that was not a big deal at all. I love character in a home. It had a beautiful mixture of updates as well as original character. We loved the openness of it. The host was very attentive and great with communication. I gave it 4 for location and neighborhood because it wasn’t the best but definitely not the worst. But we are from small town nowhere and unaccustomed to the sirens and police lights at all times. But we were safe always.
