Spacious home in Lakewood near downtown Denver

We used this property for a family reunion. Plenty of space and excellent amenities. The host was great, responsive and considerate. An outstanding stay!

This is a GREAT alternative to a hotel for a family or party traveling together (like to attend a wedding or other event). It's extremely spacious, with multiple big bedrooms and bathrooms on two separate floors, so everybody gets their own space. Kitchen is fully equipped.Everything is clean and airy and, best of all, not full of other people's stuff --so plenty of space to put YOUR stuff. We loved it and it worked perfectly for us.

Very roomy so good for our group. The lower level area stayed quite cold - not sure how the temperature could have been adjusted Although I know I could have contacted the host, instructions provided at the house would have been helpful. Lots of nice outdoor space with a couple of decks. Nice sized bedrooms and bathrooms Full size washer and dryer was also helpful. The host was very responsive to any questions/concerns we had during the stay. Overall a good visit!

This home was clean and spacious. I was not aware when I booked that the entrance is up a flight of stairs. We have mobility issues but it worked out. Chris was quick to respond.

Lots of space! You could get away to your own room, or be comfy in both indoor and outdoor group spaces. The neighborhood was quiet and central to lots of restaurants and shopping. Great place to land at the end of a busy day.

The house was in a very convenient location. It had tons of space for families with 2 floors and 2 living areas. Even the downstairs had a small snack kitchen with a water dispenser. Although the house was in pretty good shape there were some dated aspects like the outside stairs. I never did get a response for some minor issues we had with batteries until after we left. (Communicated online) We had wished for a coffee alternative other than a Keurig as we had brought ground coffee.

We put up some friends from OK who were spending the week in Denver area. The house was a great location for getting to downtown and surrounding suburbs. Our friends had 4 teenagers with them and the teens really enjoyed having the downstairs space to themselves while the parents were able to have their own space upstairs. They said the space was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Aperfect home away from home.

We travel to the area for work and stay in many places. This is now one of our top picks. Spacious, clean, convenient/quiet location and the kitchen had everything we needed (not always the case). Chris was an excellent host. He was always quick to reply and courteous.

Everything about this home in Lakewood was ideal. We were attending a basketball tournament at Colorado Christian University but also wanted to enjoy Golden and Red Rock. It was very convenient to all, plus local places to eat and shop. We were a group of four. Two of us had our own rooms on the first level. Plenty of bathrooms for us all. Both levels have living areas with TVs. Very spacious! Highly recommend!
