Spacious home in Historic Newnan

This was the second time my family has stayed here to visit local family. We travel from out of town and the convenience from the interstate is great. Can’t beat the proximity to downtown Newnan. The layout is perfect our crew. Will stay again!

The house is spacious, neat and clean. It has a comfy cozy feel. The neighborhood is relaxing. The host was always available when needed. I would stay there again.

House looks small from the outside but is very spacious with bedrooms well spread out, which worked great having a crying baby needing a nap.Would stay here again.

We booked to stay near family while visiting. The house was very clean and spacious for all of us with great historic charm. The house had everything we needed. All we had to bring was outlets clothes and food. The house had plenty of linens, everything we needed for cooking and alot of basic necessities. Communication with the owner was easy and available. We absolutely loved our stay and highly recommend if your in the area.

It was perfect for our family! We had a celebration of life to attend in Newnan Georgia. Everything was close by. The house was everything we needed. Melissa got back to us right away on any questions. Very nice bedrooms and open floor plan

The house was as described, located near historic downtown Newnan. We were there to visit our new grandbaby, so didn’t spend a lot of time in the house, but we did host Christmas dinner there. It’s more spacious than it appears from the listing. It was clean but seemed a little musty on first arrival, just as if it hadn’t been opened up recently, and it is an older home. The kitchen is a bit spartan if you plan to do much cooking for a family, or baking. I had to borrow a hand mixer, a large pot, and a casserole dish from my daughter in law. The property manager was very responsive when I reached out about replacing a lightbulb and bringing additional towels and a can opener. We had a nice stay and would recommend to others.

We were in town for a wedding and this cute little house worked out great for us. The manager was great and was easy to get ahold of. The house was clean. It’s perfect for a big group with 4 bedrooms and 3 restrooms. Plenty of beds! The neighborhood is quiet, quiet, and safe.

We spent 5 nights in this home. It was spacious, clean and well-appointed with all things we needed. Host responded quickly with any questions that we had.

We stayed here for a wedding in the area, and the house was more than expected! It was super clean, much bigger than the pictures portray, and had more than enough space for us to spend time with other wedding guests before/after the wedding. Definitely recommend!!
