Spacious home in great location for all season events.

Spacious and very clean

5 star experience. Absolutely amazing time in this beautiful home. Exceptionally clean, huge rooms, jacuzzi bathtub, and close to GOTL strip. Tom the owner was extremely helpful and thoughtful. I would highly recommend to my friends and family and i look forward to my next visit there. Thank you Tom.. my family and I were very impressed.

We were attending a weekend event at the Ashtabula County Fairgrounds over Memorial Day weekend. Five adults and three cars fit quite easily. This is a HUGE house! The owner Tom is friendly and easy to reach by text. He came over and re-lit the pilot light so we could use the indoor gas fireplace. He'd been expecting people to use the outdoor firepit, and had plenty of firewood ready, but we had been outdoors all sday and only wanted a short time with the fire, so the indoor gas one was perfect. The bedrooms are a bit small, but the rest of the house completely makes up for it. Comfy beds, well stocked linen closet. The kitchen has MANY tools and accessories, and a great gas stove. Everything was perfectly clean. There's one full bath with a combo shower/whirlpool tub. I wish we'd had time to use the whirlpool function! It is a bit of a reach to get in and out of the tub, and it's the only tub/shower (there's a second bathroom that's just sink and toilet) so not great for people with mobility issues. There are 3-4 steps to get into the house and then everything (including the bathrooms) is on the main level. There are another 3-4 steps to go down into the greatroom with the TV and fireplace. We really enjoyed our time there, and will definitely visit again if we come back to the fairgrounds.

Excellent location, great to have a garage to park in with direct access to the home. Very clean. Beautiful fireplace.

this place was gorgeous, peaceful, and the host was very kind. We were lucky to get it at the last minute and we so much enjoyed our stay.

Couldn’t be happier with our stay! Owner brought me a fan so I could sleep better as I forgot mine at home. Fireplace was magical and everything was perfect.

Everyone loved the house and the location was close to everything we wanted to do. Power went out while we were there but the owner stopped by to check on us and make sure we had information on when the power would be back on. We had a great time and will definitely look into renting this property again in the future.

Our family stayed for a few days to visit the lake and the Geneva on the lake area. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. A very quiet location and an easy drive to where we wanted to visit. We are very happy and we had a wonderful time!

This place felt like home immediately. The house was larger than expected and the layout allowed for both privacy and quiet time as well as accommodating a large family dinner and game night. The yard was large and the fire ring was pleasantly already prepared for an awesome evening. Great location to enjoy the beach and the strip then come back to a quiet and peaceful home.

Very nice location and property

This is a large, well laid out home with all the amenities you could ask for. Seven of us were quite comfortable there. Tom was a great host and was readily available if we needed him. We will definitely be returning!
