Time outside will be well-spent, as you can choose from the beach, golf, or tennis! No one will be bored while staying at this island retreat. When everyone is tuckered out and the night is coming to a close, toss your clothes into the new washer and dryer, pop some popcorn, and gather around the TV for a movie night. Afterward, retire for the evening to one of the bedrooms, all of which have had their mattresses replaced and upgraded for your comfort.



Perched inside of Sea Pines, this location is in the heart of what makes Hilton Head Island famous. Just a short drive away is Harbour Town where you can shop, dine, and check out the lighthouse! In the same area is Harbour Town Links, a pristine golf course that is known for hosting the RBC Heritage golf tournament.     We agree it was a little dated, but it fit our needs for enough space. Our one complaint was that there weren't any beach towels (or extra towels). We picked this place due to its proximity to the beach (which was great), so we had to go to Walmart and buy towels.

    Property was clean. Size of property/layout of home was great. Could use some updates. Everything was in working order. Beach was an easy walk away. Trash in bins was overflowing when we got there (this may not be a reoccurring problem, we did go in on a Holiday weekend). I would suggest bringing extra towels. There was 1 per person.

    Great location right on beach access. 4 en-suite bedrooms a big plus since we have teen age grandchildren who travel with us. Beds are comfortable. House could use a deep clean and some of the furniture needs to be updated.

    Really loved the location and the 4BR/4BA combo of the home in Sea Pines - very convenient to beach and Sea Pines resort. Could definitely use some updates with the decor and furniture. Notified Vacasa after we left that we did notice water damage in 1 of the bathrooms (ceiling and wall).

    Great place to spend the vacation!! 4 rooms with 4 showers/bathrooms.So clean and nice Everything was working nice.Just 3 minutes walk to the beach.Perfect subdivision!!

    The house was the perfect size. We loved the fact that everyone had their own bathroom. It was a short walk to the beach and most of the shopping was a sudden six minute drive away. The only thing that was missing was a pool. I would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Hilton Head. Also the beach was never crowded.

    We had an amazing vacation in this home. Perfect for a family of 6 with adult children. Proximity to the beach was amazing! House was spotless upon arrival. Decor is a little dated but so spacious and perfect for a family. Loved it! We will be back!

    Property was very functional for us due to location, proximity to beach and sea pines activities. However, property was extremely dated. Furniture and amenities need upgrade. Cleanliness of outdoor of property left much to be desired. We had to clean this off ourselves. Water pressure and temperature was an issue when other people were showering or using facilities. Needs upgrade. We Have stayed on the island for well over 20 or 30 years and are well aware of the Lowcountry experience, however, there seem to be a proliferation of insects appearing routinely inside the home. Air conditioning, HVAC seem to be set on specific set times with no ability to adjust. Net net. This property was functional for our needs, but requires significant upgrade.
