Spacious home, easy beach access

Overall a great home and location. There were a few minor updates needed in this home and the white rugs everywhere were not clean. The doors and lights are tricky or simply do not work. The kitchen is great for cooking and is well stocked. Quick walk to the beach and very quiet. all in all it was comfortable

The home is absolutely beautiful, well-maintained, bright and sunny, and is easy walking distance to the beach. The huge deck is perfect for relaxing outdoors. If you rent bikes, you can easily bike to Freshfields for coffee/breakfast/lunch. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you could imagine if you want to cook any meals.

Great connectivity and access to electronics including Sonos music system. Lovely wooded setting on a pond. Quarter mile walk to the beach. Our girls reunion group felt very comfortable in this home and enjoyed the amenities of nearby golfing, shopping and dining. This would be perfect for a family get together as well with four en suite bedrooms. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved the home, the room to spread out, all of the amenities and games. Every bed was comfortable, and we loved renting bikes and exploring the island. We booked very last minute and the property manager was extremely responsive. Would love to stay again!

Great location with easy access to the beach, perfect spacious layout for all to enjoy, and by far the most well stocked kitchen of any of the places I've stayed. We had another rental that fell through at the very last minute and these owners were very quick to answer my help call and get us into this home that very evening. Our family loved this home and all that came with it so its a highly recommend from this crew.

The beds were super comfortable and the shutters allowed everyone to sleep late, including our three-year-old 😊We rented bikes to have for the week. We were able to ride bikes to Night Heron Park and to Freshfields. We would 100% recommend staying here and will stay here again.

Totally equipped kitchen with excellent appliances that was large and easy for three people to work together. More than adequate supply of start-up stuff like coffee, spices, etc. Location to everything was perfect. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Only two issues we encountered were the ability to get the heat/cooling system figured out. It would go from quite cool to quite warm in the middle of the night and the property was listed as having a gas fireplace but you are not allowed too use it. We arrived on a chilly day in February so that was a little disappointing but I still would recommend the house.

The house is nice but the outside could use some patch/repair but the water on two sides is very nice. We would rent it again being so close to the ocean.
