Spacious Home Big Grass Yard! Walk to SHARC & Town

We really enjoyed our week stay in this home, It was very spacious and bright also in a great location, the owner was very responsive to any questions that we had.

Very family friendly home. Tons of bikes that fit the kiddos and lots of kid stuff that made this stay super easy and nice. Great location in sunriver between the village/ sharc and fort rock. We will definitely be booking this home again.

Nice place.However, the beds are not comfortable, everyone complaint about sleeping and their beds. Also, get charged full fees to check in at 5 pm and have to check out at 10am, doesn't give you enough time to be able to relax with your family and have breakfast because you have to be out so early. You also can check in until 5pm and makes it very difficult for dinner.

Incredible yard. Great proximity to SHARC and the village. It was awesome to have a house with AC in the August heat.

We loved our family stay! We met as a group from Oregon, California and Washington and there was plenty of rooms and bikes for everyone, my 6 year old even learned how to ride a 2 wheeler on this trip!

The check in was easy, they have great communication if you send a message they get right back to you. The kitchen is big enough for a good bunch of family, I will say if it where my place I would move some of the items in cupboards and drawers around but if you look you find most everything you need. I would take some small storage containers with next time and large zip lock bags.The bedrooms are comfortable and we loved all the bathrooms! The deck is great and we enjoyed the yard very much! We would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Loved our stay in sunriver and loved this house. This house was perfect for our family reunion. Everyone was super happy and we plan to come back here at this house for any future big family events. House was clean and ready. Communication was excellent and friendly. 10/10 rating!

Our extended family had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We enjoyed the outdoor deck and plenty of comfortable seating both inside and out. It’s so well equipped with kitchen and bath items as well as bikes. We’ll be back!

Family reunion

Highly recommend this house. Owners are attentive and the layout of the home is ideal of small and large groups. Well stocked with all the necessities and great for kids and adults alike. The large green grass yard was a special treat!

Large house, with lovely grass area for outdoor play. Appointed with most anything you need. Large selection of bikes. Easy access to property. Excellent communication with the owner - very responsive. We very much enjoyed our stay.

This is our second stay at this home- it’s the perfect layout and location. The owner responds quickly and professionally. We can’t wait to continue our tradition of renting and enjoying this home.

Our group of nine had a wonderful stay. The house worked out perfectly for our group. It was close to the village and Lodge. The setup of the house was good with the right number of bedrooms and baths. The kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed cooking dinner, eating it and playing games afterward. My teenage granddaughters liked the space available in the kids room.Maybe consider a new mattress in the downstairs bedroom.

What an amazing home! Great location… can ride bikes or walk easily to The SHARC, Village, Lodge!! Very clean home and great deck overlooking beautiful green yard! Will accommodate many people easily! Owners are attentive and respond rapidly! 10+++!

Great place to enjoy Sunriver and all that it has to offer!

But…10 am check out and 5 pm check in, with unit not ready until 5:45. They were kind enough to allow us to put fridge items in early and enter upstairs at 5:15. But this was a difficult time to check in with toddlers. More intensive check out includes running two loads of towels and running items to recycling center. Very well stocked but needs a bit reorganizing to kitchen. However, kid items, large rooms, bikes, ? location and availability of cleaning, cooking items make up. Would be excellent overall if not for late check in early check out. For adults only I imagine would not be an issue.

House is perfectly located between the village/sharc/marina and everything sunriver has to offer. We traveled with another family and kids were ages 3-9, and the house was perfectly set up for two families to share. With the location, the kids were able to bike everywhere. The house was fully equipped with everything you would need, plenty of bikes, games, kitchen gear. Hot tub setup was great and we could watch the kids from the deck. We especially appreciated the blackout blinds in every room for the long summer days and late sunsets. The owners responded to texts within minutes, and were super accommodating with an early arrival, and using sharc passes on our day of departure. Would definitely recommend for families wanting to experience the sunriver magic.

We just got back from Sunriver, and all of us are ready to go back. The house was central to all of Sunriver’s parks, trails, shops, and the marina. We took full advantage of all the bikes to explore the shops and brew pubs. Overall, we had such a great time at the house. It was very clean and very well maintained. We look forward to staying at the house again in the future.
