I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Another wonderful time on 8th street. Came to ice climb but too warm and no ice so we hiked and went to the hot springs. Great location.

Stayed Aug 24, 2025Great for a large group. We had 8 adults and 3 kids 3 and under, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was great right off of main street in Ouray. The kitchen was well equipped for our large group and the pool table downstairs was fun.

Stayed Apr 4, 2025Loved the house, it was clean, had everything we needed (except enough toilet paper). Had difficulty with the door knob checking in, make sure you pull it very tight before entering code. Had to call VRBO and they were very helpful with trouble shooting. Would absolutly stay again.

The door locks have some issues, the deadbolt needs to be repositioned as it causes the lockpad not to work. HUGE place than has lots of room in closets and in room.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024What a fantastic stay.... basically in town location, plenty of room for 6 adults, deer in the front yard, a bear in the alley way on garbage day, coyotes running down main street. You cannot beat the location, the house itself is perfect. We will be back, no doubt.....

The rooms are huge and super comfortable very big beds. Great location right near all the restaurants. Great enclosed grass yard if you have pets. The extra bedroom that is listed as not approved as a bedroom is perfectly usable as a bedroom. We will definitely be back.
