Welcome to this elegant village house in Ariany, spacious and designed with high-quality materials for the owner's family. The house is located in a quiet side street on the edge of the village, just a few minutes' walk from the main square. Grocery shops and a pharmacy are in the immediate vicinity.
The house impresses with its spacious floor plan and high-quality furnishings. A modern, fully equipped kitchen with dining area leads onto the covered terrace and into the garden. A separateliving area with mixed satellite TV offers comfort and cosiness.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, one with a Mallorcan double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a large bathroom with shower and bathtub. On the upper floor there is another bedroom with a double bed and a modern bathroom with shower.
The south-west facing garden with pool, swing and children's house invites you to relax. A covered outdoor kitchen with barbecue offers ideal conditions for cosy barbecue evenings.
Ariany is located in the north-east of the island, close to the beautiful bays of the east coast and the bay of Alcudia. The house is only a few kilometres from Sineu, famous for its Wednesday market, and around 15 kilometres from Manacor with its supermarkets and hospital.

    Beautiful house situated in a small but nice town. From there you are within 30- 45 minutes in all interesting places/ beaches.

    First of all, the owners of the property are very friendly and helpful. They did everything they could to answer all questions and fix any problems. The house was clean and spacious. However, some furniture is a bit dated/needs replacement. In addition, some appliances had errors or needed replacement. But if something is broken, the owners fix it asap. What you should know: - If you are a difficult sleeper, please note that there are several roosters nearby. You can hear them all night. - There are queen size beds. On the pictures they look bigger than in reality. But it meets the description of the advertisement. - There is a downwards staircase in the dining room. Not suited for young children. However, you can close this room with doors. - The owners are extremely friendly/helpful. - The town Ariany is very small with two small shops. Fresh bread every day and lovely staff. However, not for your every day grocery shopping. Manacor is a 15 min drive. You can find most well-know supermarkets there.

    We booked this property for one week at the end of July, and we were very satisfied with the house. Travelling from Palma Airport to Ariany with the rental car worked fine with the instructions that we were sent beforehand. We were received at the agreed time by Barbara, who explained everything to us, so that we could make ourselves comfortable right away. There are several air-conditioners for the bedrooms, which are necessary as it can get quite hot in the house during the day. There is also a washing machine and a dryer, for doing your laundry on your own. The pool is clean and sufficiently large, the owner (Pedro) keeps the pool and the lawn in good shape. A rental car is mandatory, as the village of Ariany is located in a quite remote part of Mallorca, and there are no larger supermarkets located directly in Ariany. However, you can reach everything with the rental car easily, whether going to Palma, Port Alcudia or Manacor or other nice places. We felt very welcome and spent a fabulous time in this house, we can recommend anyone to book this property.

    Pictures are pretty much bang on for what you get when you arrive. A couple of days into the holiday we had an issue with the dishwasher which stopped working. I rang the number given in the welcome pack and explained the issue. 2 hours later we had someone at the property and it was back up and running. In my opinion you never know how good a service is until something goes wrong so it turned into something very positive and if I come back to Mallorca this property would be my first choice. Had an amazing time here. There are 2 shops within walking distance (one in the same street similar to a UK corner shop) the other is a couple of minutes further down the next street and is a mini market. All the people we came across in the village were very friendly and always had a smile and greeting if you passed them and we also had the opportunity to see the village come together in the square for a celebration as we were here during a Spanish public holiday which was a treat!

    The property is exactly as described. It is ideally located in a quiet village in central Mallorca and is extremely spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The property was an ideal base to explore the island, and a place where we could sit back and relax in beautiful surroundings. The owners and property agents were both extremely helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this wonderful property to anyone who is looking for a quiet, peaceful holiday on this lovely island.
