Agent I connected with was very helpful. House was very nice. Kitchen could use a FULL size (10/12 Cup) coffee pot versus the 5 Cup that was there. Also, grilling utensils were lacking. Location was great.

Reviewer Comments: We rented here to be close to a very large number of family members renting many homes close by for a very large family reunion. It was nice to be close to Pleasant Bay, with a large home for the other family members coming and going to spend time with one another. It was an very hot week. The 2nd floor air conditioning worked well. But the upstairs A/C needed to cool the 1st floor too since that had no A/C. We were happy to have the large lobster pot in the kitchen, and laundry to wash beach towels.

Stayed Aug 14, 2021While the pandemic still isn't fully *over*, this property was a great place to get together with family after having been separated for over a year. Having the yard and back deck was great. We had friends visit for lunch one afternoon and the house didn't feel crowded at all, even with 11 people sharing a meal. This was our family's first vacation down the Cape and we thought the location was great for first timers. I would definitely recommend for a bigger size group (friends or family)!

Beautiful yard and deck. Quiet peaceful neighborhood. Watched the stars at night on big front porch.

Stayed Jul 3, 2021The property was well kept up and provided plenty of room for our family. It was centrally located on the cape making easy access to beaches, ferry transportation, and day trips to small quaint towns. Some of my kids had to work remotely a few days and band width was excellent. The would highly recommend this property.
