***LOCATION***
–Location Location, Location. The Park City free bus stops literally at the base of our stairs, which runs every five to seven minutes to either Deer Valley or Park City Mountain. If you do decide to drive, there is a spot in the underground garage so you'll never have to clear snow off the car before heading out. Random tip: If you're not renting a car, taking an Uber from SLC is usually much less expensive than the typical shuttle operators. (approx. $50)

–Easy walk to Main Street. We're exactly 8 minutes walk from Main Street. After a night out there is always the free bus back to the Greyhawk. We're almost exactly halfway between Deer Valley and Park City Mountain.

***LAYOUT***
–Great layout. There's a spacious main level/living area adjacent to a fully equipped kitchen. We love to cook, hang, and enjoy friends/family and this floor plan is perfect for that. The bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs from the main level, so there's plenty of privacy. Also, ours is an end unit, with lots of windows on three sides.

Upper Master Bedroom ---- Queen Bed (Futon bed in the upstairs master closet)
Lower Master Bedroom --- Queen Bed with an additional Twin over Full Bunk Bed

    Very clean ! Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen. Excellent facilities. Easy walk into main street historic downtown area. Finding the driveway to the garage door was confusing, and then finding the small ACCESS DOOR sign was difficult in the parking garage. We were not aware that there were 3 long flights of stairs that we needed to carry all luggage up. But it all worked out.

    Easy to summarize- it was a great stay and we can’t wait to come back - easy walk to Main st - high end appliances make the kitchen wonderful - everything we could need in the unit - lots of towels - comfy couches - great views and private - CLEAN and roomy Everything we needed. Can’t wait to come back

    We really enjoyed our stay at Greyhawk 20. Convenient and clean. Well appointed kitchen, everything was clean and presented nicely. Communication with Park City Host was easy and fast. Host left a nice book with suggestions on restaurants and activities. There were some blankets in the washer when we got there - so we washed them. The light switch for the balcony and the hallway leading to the upstairs bedroom didn't work. Note: the bedroom downstairs is warm, even with the heat turned down. We suspected it is because it was over the heated garage, but we didn't need blankets to sleep down there. Tip: just use google maps to navigate the busses. Worked better than the myStop app for us.
