Spacious golf course community

We would stay there again. Nice kitchen, walk in shower in master bedroom. Lots of room for lots of people to sleep which we didnt need

We stayed for the month of February. Home is exactly as advertised. Community is wonderful. Plenty of room for my husband and me, our pup, and the family and friends that joined us from time to time. Kitchen is VERY well equipped. Melissa and Mike were great to deal with answering our questions as they came up. No issues. We hope to stay again.

First off, our communication and exchanges of information with Melissa was great! This is important, as we stayed three months at the unit (Jan 6- April 6/2018), so we wanted everything to be right. And it was. The condo unit was as advertised and as shown in the pictures. It really would sleep at least 10 people. The double garage with a golf cart was a good thing to have and much appreciated. The upstairs loft area has a bed and a day bed, plus the 2 piece bath and its own TV! The master bedroom is very large, even with a bunk bed tucked in the corner away from the King bed. Huge walk-in closet, and a large closet in the other bedroom, so lots of storage for the guests. Very functional kitchen that has been recently upgraded. The patio table and 6 chairs outside was an asset to our stay, as we ate outside as often as possible, or played board games or enjoyed a drink there whenever we could. Patio faces the 11th fairway, about 200 yds off the tee and is protected by some trees, including 2 large grapefruit trees beside the patio! All the staff at the WHCC are great, really great! Friendly, helpful and all good workers. From gate security staff, grounds keeping staff, pool cleaning staff, HOA office staff, to club house staff and the restaurant staff - they were all wonderful! Great tennis courts and club on site, but no pickle ball courts there. Very friendly residents too! You can go online to view info about the golf course, but it is a great resort course, 5900 yds par 72 that can be played in under 4 hours - except when it is really busy in the PM's during Feb-March! FYI. The large pool and hot tub were literally 100 steps away from the unit, and the pool temp was perfect - warm, just as we like it! The access is off Washington St., with Ralphs and Albertson's and numerous other stores and restaurants are all close by. Palm Desert of course has so much to offer, we can't list them all here. Great roads everywhere, golf, hiking, shopping, tennis, sight seeing, major sports and music events, etc. Unit is about 25 minutes from the Palm Springs International Airport. We have stayed in the Palm Desert area over the last 5 winters, so are experienced renters to the area. Overall, we were very pleased with the unit and Melissa's assistance, and would recommend this to others! Enjoy!
