Spacious Getaway | Pool, Spa | Sleeps 9

Overall, we had a nice stay, but there were a few issues worth noting. The deadbolt was stuck when we arrived and required multiple attempts with the code before it would unlock. It got easier over time, but initially it was frustrating. The dishwasher seemed out of order at first—there was a bad odor and standing water—but running it empty cleared it up, and we were able to use it. Unfortunately, the dryer didn’t work. We found out only after doing laundry. The host kindly offered access to her laundromat account, but we ended up air drying.The home was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, and utensils. The grill worked great and was easy to start. The A/C was set to 74F and couldn't be changed, but the temperature felt comfortable.We couldn't get cold water in the showers. The guest bathroom shower was way too hot to use, so everyone used the master. The bunk beds weren’t the comfiest, and the dining chairs weren’t ideal for sitting long. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable.There was a request to sweep before checkout (since we brought dogs), but only a mini broom was provided, which made it a bit tedious and physically uncomfortable. We did get our 3,000 deposit back quickly, which was appreciated.We would recommend this property, but future guests should be aware of the few quirks

We had 7 people stay here for 7 days. Everything was awesome the beds were comfy check in/out was easy. The kitchen had everything we needed and was open to the living room and kitchen was a great size. The pool was clean and perfect for after the lake. We had plenty of room for the truck and boat and other cars. Perfect house for a vacation. We will definitely stay here again!!

Wonderful stay! Very homey and nice accommodations! Our family enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back.

A little landscape maintenance in front and backyard would be nice but all in all a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us. Slept great too

Amazing and very comfortable?

We enjoyed our stay, very nice place. We will stay again if we return to the area, host was very attentive to any needs that we had.

My family spent the long weekend at this property. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and have a fenced in backyard for him. Communication with the manager was great. If we ever get to go back, we'll try to stay here again.

The house is beautiful, and very comfortable. We unfortunately didn’t get to try out the pool, but it looked amazing! The house is very spacious and close to pretty much everything we needed. Would love to go stay again when we have more time for leisure. Overall it was a great experience!

We stayed for 10days at this lovely home in Lake Havasu in Feb. /2023! The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, large kitchen and family room. The outdoor space had a pool, bbq and hot tub … everything was in working order. The house is located in a quiet area with easy access to the main road and a grocery store not to far away. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for something that is comfortable and we felt very safe. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. I would stay here again when visiting in Lake Havasu. If you like golf check out the course at Emerald Canyon (30 min. drive south) but book ahead as it is busy!
