Stayed Aug 20, 2024When we arrived we were blown away by the neighborhood and the house. We were excited about our stay. We normally check the property out just to protect ourselves from any pre existing damages. We were very surprised. There was trash under the beds, dirty towels in the closets as well as in the washing machine. The kicker was the bag with paraphernalia stuffed in the chair. The icing on the cake was when we went to bed after contacting the owner and sending pictures, I was awakened to the sound of running water. I initially thought someone was showering. But all of the lights were out. I got up to inspect and it got louder. I followed the sound and to my disbelief it was raining in the dining room. Apparently the toilet in the second floor continuously ran and filled so much that it over flowed and just kept foing. We reached out to the owner yet again and he said he was already aware of the situation because it had happened before. You would think this should have been disclosed previously but it wasn't. He said someone was coming to inspect or correct the issue by noon that day. They never showed. We called him back 3 more times and the man finally showed THE NEXT DAY AT 7:30 am! Needless to say, we will not be selecting this rental property again. 7:Nthewashing machine.

Stayed May 22, 2024Advertised as room in garage to park two cars. Garage is full and hardly room to park one car. Air conditioner system was not working well. Our last night, the bedrooms temperature was near 80 degrees.
