Stayed Dec 24, 2022The first night was not good could not get house warm Temps were low outside and in . We used oven to get extra heat. I suggest the have space heaters on hand for cases like this. Other than that everything was nice and clean.

Stayed May 7, 2022This property was just what the doctor ordered! Although our family was here for our mother's funeral, the accommodations were beautiful & everywhere we lay or sat was pure comfort. There was even a hammock in the backyard. There was no need to worry about our pups as the yard was securely fenced. Everyone involved in the process was a pleasure to deal with. Growing up in Ft. Walton, I know the location would be perfect for enjoying the Billy Bowlegs festivities and it is just a short jaunt to the beach. It was easily accessible to many great restaurants. We hope to rent there again under happier circumstances.

Stayed Mar 26, 2022Property in general was overall good. The bedrooms were okay, however the size of bedroom #1 was an inaccurate description it was posted as a King size bed but was in fact only a queen bed. The bathrooms were modern however we had 9 people in our party and only enough towels and washcloths to accommodate 6 people. The backyard area was spacious but the yard needed some TLC. Pest control did visit while we were there to spray exterior. The neighborhood was nice and pretty quiet for the most part, there was an evening where a guy came to the house around 9pm at night, trying to sell vivant alarm/ cable. The very next night he was in the neighborhood again but this time he was riding a rental scooter through the neighborhood but wasn't selling anything, probably nothing to be alarmed at but never the less something to be aware of. The kitchen was pretty well equipped but needed more spoons and cooking utensils. Shower curtains in both bathrooms were stained and moldy in one. Property mgmt may want to consider upgrading lighting in dining area and main bedroom lighting was very dim in both. Overall stay was comfortable.

Stayed Jan 7, 2022We rented this house to host family from out of town for a wedding. There were a total of 6 adults and we loved the accommodations. Beautifully updated and spacious with plenty of sleeping space and room to dine. The only thing we could have used is more casual seating in the living room for socializing. Overall, it was a great experience and we would rent this house again!

Stayed Dec 23, 2021We can down to spend Christmas with family and we’re really just looking for a clean space to shower and sleep. They provided us with so much more than that! The house has been completely renovated inside and there was a lot of space. Absolutely love the kitchen and it was stocked with every appliance and tool that you might need, even a kitchen aid which came in handy when my kids asked me to make a cheesecake. The beds were clean and comfortable. Neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. Definitely recommend a stay here instead of fighting the crowds on the beach. Perfect for a family with kids too! We will be back!
