Communication with Valentina was perfect; she was incredibly friendly and helpful, sorted taxis to and from the airport and was quick with her replies. On arrival we were met by Ilaria who was lovely! She messaged me at the airport to introduce herself and greeted us as soon as we got out of the taxi. She showed us around the property and was very comprehensive about it. She also gave us invaluable info about how to get around the area and the map provided was really helpful. The property was clean and exactly as described. The beds were very comfy too! Unfortunately, we couldn't find any wine glasses but the owner of the restaurant next door (he and his family were great!) loaned us some for our stay. Lots of shops, including a supermarket, and plenty of restaurants, all within walking distance. Thank you, Valentina and Ilaria for your wonderful hospitality!
Communication with the hosts was very good up until the last day of our visit. Hence the three stars. Photos are mostly accurate, though it could use a coat of paint. It really comes down to what are you expecting for a place that sees a turnover every few days? Value for the money, yes as there are good restaurants nearby. What was most upsetting was on our last day I heard talking early in the morning while everyone was still in bed mode. I thought it was one of us on the door intercom and then I realized it wasn't. I got up and to my surprise found two men in the apartment at 8;00 AM. I asked them what the hell was going on and it turns out that it was the owner's father and he said he had a key. My niece was extremely upset as she was in the bath directly opposite from where they were. She didn't come out as she wasn't dressed for company. It was obvious to me that they were there working on the lock which should have been repaired either prior to our visit or after we were to check out later that day. Even though I protested they continued to work on the lock. Though polite it was an intrusion and totally unacceptable. It really put a damper on the visit.
A clean, convenient location with wonderful hosts, and easy access to Roma Termini, the Metro, taxis, and buses. We had a great stay and enjoyed this property very much.
This flat was very clean and a great location with easy access to the metro and trains. AC worked very well and beds were comfortable. Highly recommend!
Well kept. Fully stocked kitchen. Great location to train station. Nice restaurant downstairs.
This is the place to stay in Rome! The location to main train station was a big plus. We took the express train from the airport straight to Termini station. From there it was only 2 blocks to our flat. Bedrooms were large compared to other European cities we’ve been to. Our host Ilira greeted us upon arrival and was always just a phone call away. We enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend to others!
We arrived in Rome quite late and we were met by Maxsimilliano, who could t have been more helpful. The apartment was comfortable, clean, well equipped and the beds were really comfortable. It’s in a great location within walking distance of most of the things you would like to see. We would definitely recommend staying here!
Great location and the place is safe and clean. It has all the utilities to cover our needs during the stay. The coffee provided tastes so good that I was tempted to ask where they got it. It’s walking distance from the Roma central station where you can take the trains, metros, and buses. A good restaurant next doors and many more within a few minutes walking distance. The host is kind and caring. She arranges a friend waiting for us at the door for the check-in. Everything was great and I would choose here again if coming back to Roma next time!
This apartment is the perfect place to stay for your visit in Rome. It's a 5-10 minute walk from Termini station, which is perfect for catching a train ride, metro, and bus stops. There are restaurants located on the block, as well as grocery stores at Termini station. The apartment was modern and very clean. There were ac units in each bedroom which made it very accommodating. The beds were extremely comfortable and we were able to get a good night sleep each night. Our host was extremely helpful and gave us all the information about the property and neighborhood. I would recommend this property for your stay in Rome.
Superb apartment in the best location close to public transport and trains. Very clean, specious, highly recommend for your stay in Rome.
