Too many steps for 80 year olds. Master bedroom tv didn’t work. Door handle broken for outside door in master bedroom. No garage door opener. Sofa very uncomfortable. mice in bedroom. Mouse traps throughout the house so they are aware of rodent problem. Description of house should explain severe steps to different levels. Would not retentive.

The house has great potential but is clearly a rental only and no one ever lives there because basic maintenance is not being done. Nearly all the windows, drawers, and blinds have some issue. A couple of broken floor boards, loose faucets, and a dishwashwasher that keeps falling forward. Many lights dont work or flicker. I gave an extensive list to the owners when we left. In the end I paid over 600 a night, way too much for a home in such disrepair. They need to reinvest their substantial profits into a LOT of upkeep to garner such a high price.

The house was great for our two families. The amenities were nice, we really enjoyed the decks, hot tub and ping pong table. The kitchen was decently stocked. The downsides were the beds were very firm. If you don’t like a hard bed, it could be an issue. The basement was freezing and there were no extra blankets, though some were provided when I reached out to the management company. The house itself needs a lot of repair work - small things like shelves and drawers that won’t pull out, the ice maker wouldn’t work, broken blinds, the dishwasher racks shoot out every time you open it. Overall though we enjoyed our stay and the kids had a blast.

This is a great property with wonderful views! Plenty of room for a large family and a great backyard for dogs. The house was clean and the hosts were very responsive. It’s very close to restaurants, shopping, and hiking trails. We would definitely stay there again.

Everything was phenomenal. We really loved our stay. The only issue was the upstairs fireplace was not working, which was a bummer, but it was very minimal for how beautiful the property was and how much fun we had. This was a very dreamy home.

Great getaway place for fall break. Lots of room to spread out and games for the kids and a hottub to help your sore muscles from all the hikes. Nice place but we were a little disappointed in the beds which are very firm, so a bit of sore backs in the am, but the hot tub helped that. Nice yard for the dogs to run around and only other thing was the older bathrooms but the tub looked newer in the master barh. Would be an amazing house for the winter months too. Great house but hard beds made me drop it to 4 stars. Even though they were likely new they hurt our backs.

Had a great time, hot tub was wonderful, house was spacious and clean however, they need to fix a few blinds, change lightbulbs, and install the dishwasher so it doesn’t fall forward. Bottom line we would all stay again.

This property has lovely views and a great deck out back. While overall nice, there were a number of deferred maintenance items that need to addressed and we shared with the management team. Looking at past reviews more closely, I see that we may not be the first to be concerned with these. Hopefully they will be taken care of before your arrival. At this price point, we expected better.

With 3 couples, having 3 king beds was perfect especially with each having own bathroom. We also used the bunk room which also had a separate bathroom. 4 bathrooms total! Nice large back yard with hot tub and corn hole. Easy access to highway or downtown. I also used the Tesla charging - which was fast at 240V! I'd stay again!

We truly enjoyed our week at this large beautiful house. It is in a great location close to restaurants, freeways, shopping and hiking trails. The hot tub and game room kept us busy! The house was very clean when we arrived. A few things such as many broken shutters and cabinets, the upper bathroom sink faucet needs fixed and a garage door opener would have been appreciated but nothing that would prevent us from staying there again. The house just needs some TLC and a deep clean. The neighbors were very friendly and accepting! This was a great place to escape from the heat.

Our family spent 10 days up in Flagstaff and the house was great for us. The location is really easy to get to everything downtown and close to 40 for checking out anything out of town. The house was clean and orderly when we arrived and. One thing to note which others have is that the humane shelter is behind the house and at certain times you can hear the dogs barking, guessing its feeding time:) That said we're dog lovers and it didn't bother us. Great trail behind the house to walk or bike on. Neighbors were really nice too. Overall we'd stay here again for sure.
