Spacious Flagstaff Home w/ Hot Tub & Grill!

Had a great stay with great accommodations . The basement game room was such a hit with the grandkids ! It was clean with great amenities !

This was a solid vacation rental for a big group in a nice neighborhood in flagstaff. It was well stocked, clean, spacious, and had a great fenced backyard for dogs. Would recommend for any bigger group. It’s got some signs of wear and tear, and communication was pretty difficult with the management company evolve, but other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Floors left your bare feet dirty. Communication was not the greatest. Some updates needed to be done.RO unit did not work so bring your own water to drink. Nice location. Big house plenty of room for everyone. I would stay here again.

Looking for a house for NAU parents’ weekend or graduation? Look no further! We rented for the NAU 2025 graduation. The home is nestled in a serene neighborhood with ample parking in the garage(s).We loved having keyless entry to enter the home. When inside you find a cozy family room, plus a large living area with two sofas, a dining table, and a kitchen. Whether your family prefers quiet spaces or enjoys playing board games, this house accommodates both. The dining room table is perfect for games, while others can watch TV. Along with a downstairs playroom with foosball and basketball, great for teenagers. Outside there is a back patio area and a covered outdoor hot tub, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day.Each bedroom was well furnished, and each bathroom stocked with towels. The showers had plenty of hot water and excellent water pressure. The kitchen was fully equipped with plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, and wine glasses—everything we needed was readily available. This house is perfect for a family celebration when visiting Flagstaff!Kari, the owner, and Sara, the property manager set this rental apart with their support and compassion during an unexpected situation that arose and made it so much easier being away from home with their assistance on our last day. For anyone looking for a fantastic rental to accommodate your family, this is it! Don’t hesitate—it’s PERFECT!

My wife, my children and my in-laws stayed here for four days and we had a great time. Easy access to town and the freeway. Close to everything. House was very clean and accommodating. A few minor cosmetic things that needed addressing, but I conversed with the owner and she was very receptive to the advice given. I would definitely stay here again as it is great for family gatherings. Lots of space. The game room is a little tricky to find. It’s in the garage basement which was a safe haven for the kids. Thank you again for hosting.

Plenty of sleeping areas for 3 couples & 3 singles. Hard beds, VO5 products, seriously?! Cigarette butts on patios, disposal & compactor gross, didn’t clean up after dog, crumbs under cushions, & dirty dishes. I recommend new cleaning service.

Home was clean and we had a great time

Great property for children and family. Large back yard, large screen tv’s in almost all rooms, large kitchen and game room for kids.

Clean, great for large families or multiple families. We had kids 9-3 years of age. Fenced in back yard and downstairs game room kept them entertained. Hot tub also a nice bonus feature.

Our family had a fantastic stay at this property! It was spacious and very clean. The Game Room in the basement was awesome! Our kids and grandkids loved it. Sara was a great hostess and whenever we needed to contact her she always promptly responded to any questions we had. We are looking forward to renting this property again!! It didn't disappoint!

-heavy rains on arrival showed bulging wall from leaks in roof and walls in Family room -dusty and dirty floors on arrival -leftover food and milk in fridge from previous guests -Reverse Osmosis system and garbage disposal not working -trash compactor out of order and missing garbage bags -dirty bathrooms, dust and hair, needed cleaning -lack of clean towels for all guests -dusty furniture and headboards in bedrooms -missing smoke alarms, appear to have been removed -No lamps in upstairs bedrooms, only bright lights , not pleasant for reading in bedroom -urine and blood stains on upstairs beds -zip line in back yard was out of order, needs new pulley -weeds were overgrown in back yard and needs cleanup

The neighborhood is clean, quiet, and close to the highway. It took no time to get into town, which was great. House was clean when we arrived, but someone had left animal feces in the backyard which wasn't pleasant. Even though the previous occupants should have picked up after themselves, I would have assumed the cleaning staff would have done this as well. The backyard is not welcoming for a family. I understand having the natural growth of the weeds/plants, but I wish there was an area to enjoy the backyard. Even just a small patch of grass in the backyard would make the house that much better. We mostly stayed in the front since there was grass up there. When you have kids, you don't really want them running around in the weeds, rocks, and left behind animal feces.The kitchen was nice, but it was missing some helpful kitchen items. The couch in the front room was broken and the remote did not work for the tv in that room. The beds were all very hard and uncomfortable. The house can hold up to 14 people, but do not try to take a shower and use a sink, you will not have any hot water while any other plumbing was in use. So trying to get ready for anything in each of the 3 restrooms was nearly impossible and took quite some time.The game room was a great addition since our kids couldn't play in the backyard and we didn't want to leave them in the front yard to play. So having the game room was a plus.If some issues were addressed, the price for the rental would have been worth it.
