Spacious Flagstaff Abode: Great for Families!

This home is beautiful and immaculate. Very well stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home.

The home is nice and new. Its conveniently located near everything we wanted to do. The neighborhood was great to walk the dog.The service that cleans the home could be better. The grill was not clean. Additionally (and most concerning) was when someone came by to take the garbage down to the street. We had planned to do that ourselves. However someone came by and did it but left the side gate open. My dogs were out in the street for 30 minutes before I noticed. Iy could have been a catastrophe.

We stayed for a week with our family (8 total, age range from 9-77) and this house had everything we needed! The bedrooms are well appointed with some of the most comfortable mattresses, there's ample space to congregate or have some alone time if needed. The outdoor area is peaceful and inviting, and the neighborhood is beautiful and serene. There were mentions of construction going on nearby, but we never heard it. The home is close to restaurants, grocery stores and shopping, as well as a quick drive to Lowell Observatory and historic downtown Flagstaff. Definitely recommend renting a car to get around for your visit.The check-in process and communication with the property management team could not have been easier or more seamless. I would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a great stay in Flagstaff!

Overall the house was fine. You could tell that there was not a lot of maintenance done for the house. Almost every baseboard had water damage and the casita bathroom was definitely the worst! Bubbling drywall with pick moldy mildew. We were wondering why our allergies were flaring up so badly, then we started noticing everything. There was a bunch of minor things as well. When we arrived the batteries were dead on the thermostat and we had to figure out how to put in new batteries to turn on the air. It was the middle of summer, so not ideal. Then the garage electricity in the garage tripped, so our car was stuck in the garage until we figured out where the electrical box was… one thing after the next. I’d just seemed like the house was a little neglected.

While we thoroughly enjoyed the home and found it spacious and comfortable, with everyone having their own space and bathroom, there were a couple of areas where we think improvements could be made.Our only complaints were regarding the check-in and check-out times. The check-in time of 5pm felt quite late, and the check-out time of 10am seemed rather early. We believe these times could be re-evaluated to offer a more convenient experience for guests. It would be great if check-in was earlier and check-out was a bit later, allowing guests to better enjoy their stay without feeling rushed.Despite the initial hiccup with accessing the property, the support number was very helpful in resolving the issue quickly. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend the property to others. Just a heads up to future guests: be prepared for the 5pm check-in and the 10am check-out, and plan accordingly

We found the house spacious and well stocked. When booking the house through photos, we didn't realize it was so well layed out and the bedrooms had their own bathrooms. We were a group of nine and had lots of space for everyone as we as golf clubs/coolers etc. Just a super family home.

House was absolutely perfect. Had everything we needed to make our stay awesome. Would highly recommend and would love to come back again.

We loved this home! Very clean, modern, well furnished and comfortable. Great for larger groups with the attached casita and multiple other bedrooms. Neighborhood was quiet and great for walks. Would stay here again!

Excellent place to stay with family. We had fabulous time with our kids and grand children. Kitchen had plenty of supplies. I would go back again and highly recommend.

This property always meets our needs and has the best accomodations! There is nothing better than having a full equipped Kitchen (condiments, dishes, cookwear...etc). The backyard is perfect for barbeques and dining, along with some play time with our dog. All of the rooms are quite spacious and comfrotable. Nicely decorated as well.The location is perfect for dining out along with any shopping needs you may have.The Property Manager is a delight to work with and is extremely responsive!We will be back again - many thanks!

I have stayed at this home before and just love it. The floor plan is nice and open with plenty of room. The attached casita is such a plus and a great backyard for hanging outdoors. We will be back! Thank you

Beautiful home, well appointed BUT backs to large construction site (noisy), house had minor disrepair issues, cleanliness issues and local host was non-responsive to email and text. Without the construction piece none of the issues were deal breakers.

This was a great house for families. It was spacious, clean and the backyard was amazing. My 2 year loved playing in the backyard and wanted to stay out all day. It was in a lovely neighborhood too. I highly recommend this house, it will not disappoint and I look forward to renting this place again.

Very clean, modern house in nice neighborhood. We had a lovely stay and would definitely rent again. Grill outside was very dirty (we decided against using) but maybe that is currently neglected because there is a lot of building going around the house and outside is very dusty. Once the building finishes the location will be really nice. Close to walking trails as well. Very little train noise which is a great bonus in Flagstaff. We would suggest some dimmers on the lights for more ambience and maybe curtains in the Master Bedroom as the blind lets light through at the edges and it was totally light by 5 am. Would definitely recommend to others to rent.
