A modern and spacious family townhouse located in the popular complex of Belgravia Club next to Estepona port. The three level property has a lovely south facing balcony with awning and amazing views to the marina and sea with two sun loungers and an outdoor dining area for up to four guests. The house is equipped with three spacious bedrooms with independant air conditioning in all bedrooms and living room. The top (second) floor bedroom has a king size bed (150x190cm), en-suite bathroom with shower cabin, WC, bidet and hand-basin. The washing machine is also located in this bathroom. On the first floor you will find the second and third bedroom, one with a super king-size bed (180x200cm) and another en-suite bathroom with bath with over-head shower, WC, bidet and hand-basin. The third bedroom on this level is equipped with a single bed (90x190cm) and a super-king size bed (180x200cm). There is a family bathroom with bath and over-head shower, WC, bidet and hand-basin. The large lounge/dining area has a comfortable sofa for four with international TV (including Sky) and a high speed fibre optic internet connection. The dining area next to the lounge is for six guests. The modern open kitchen provides a fridge freezer, cooking hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher. The community swimming pool, with loungers available, is just a few minutes’ walk from the front door of the house. There is a BBQ area available by the pool which you can reserve through the community for a small fee. A six minute walk to the marina with its bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. A car is definitely not required in this location but parking in a closed community is available if needed (on a first come, first served basis). There is also an electric car charging point in the complex plus you may also head down directly to the parking area next to Playa del Cristo beach, so ideal for families with children.
