Spacious Family Retreat | Heated Pool & Private Patio

It was clean and welcoming and had all the amenities that were need. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable place to stay with family. Beds are comfortable. Space is well decorated and appointed. Able to host Thanksgiving for 6 kids and 9 adults comfortably (only 7 slept at Sea Haven). Will visit again!

The unit had major AC issues, it was FREEZING, no matter what temperature it was adjusted to, then in the middle of the night the AC would adjust itself to a very hot temperature. The entryway counsel table needs to be bolted to the wall or removed, cant tell you the number of times we stoped it from falling over on a child.

We had a great time staying at the property! Listing is accurate and within walking distance to beach. Both pools were nice and my 2 year old loved the splash pad.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying at Aruba Bay Resort for several years now and each Town house is great. Sea Haven is no different. Its cozy and comfortable. My only complaint is the others people renting dont follow the rules and do whatever they want. The town house next us had lots of people constantly coming and going. They wanted to use our parking space then set up a game of corn hole out front of our property because they had no room due to the number of cars they had. Another town house down the way also had lots of people and parked 4 cars in front of their town home blocking the road allowing for barely 1 car to drive by at a time. The property management needs to do a better job of regulating this to ensure everyone's safety.

We had issues with the Wash and dryer not working throughout our stay. Maintenance attempted to fix but could not. Put a damper on our schedule of going to the beach and other activities. since we had to had Dry the cloths outside every day. Owners did not attempt to compensate us or give a break on the stay. Broken furniture in living room, was not informed before arrival. Issues with Batteries in TV remote. We spend a lot of money for a genuine break and have a stress free vacation, this property failed to give us that with all the issues.

This was a great property! Loved the pools and pickleball.Love the amenities. And we loved the location.The only thing I would suggest is to get a new mop. The one there is pretty dirty and the floors needed a sweep or mop.Also, signage about where to find the vacuum would be helpful. We didn't find it until the very last day of our stay, but if we'd known we had one, it would have helped keeping the floors clean

We stayed for an extended weekend. Condo was close to the beach (easily walkable) community property as well as condo was clean and nice. Would definitely come back again.

We loved our stay! The property was just as described. We spent hours in the pool every day and enjoyed the pickle ball courts. The condo was clean and comfortable. Our group really enjoyed it!

The layout, decor, and cleanliness of the property were outstanding, and this was the perfect place to have a family reunion of our two families with multiple kids. The location was close to the beach, and the pool was a big hit. On all these strengths alone, I can heartily recommend the property. The open kitchen/dining/living room downstairs was just right for hanging out and talking. We also had everything we needed for cooking, which was nice. Though the dryer was not working and the downstairs couch sleeper was non-functional, the property managers had let us know about that ahead of time, and they provided a nice replacement bed (fancy blow-up queen) and other dryers on site, not far away. Providing beach toys/equipment on the patio was a great idea, and we had fun with those. I will note that the lock was missing initially on the beach toy chest and the beach towels were missing (one boogie board was also broken), but these were small things. The reason I say problematic process is that signing a 4-5 page contract ahead of time seemed a bit much, especially when, despite all that paperwork, the property managers didn't manage to see that we were bringing two dogs until the day before we arrived, and they insisted on charging us a second pet deposit. In general, if managers miss adding a charge at the beginning (and I clearly said we were bringing two), they should eat that charge, not the customer. I asked them to do so, and they refused. So, there is that.

Overall a great experience - especially the checkout policy! So nice to not have a myriad of cleanup procedures; I don’t mind paying a cleaning fee when all we have to do is gather trash and run the dishwasher! The only hiccup was the internet service which was not stellar. But we would stay here again as it’s a good location and offers a ton of amenities
