Stayed Dec 26, 2024While interacting with the property owners was satisfactory, and they were very nice, the property itself necessitates additional maintenance. Upon arrival, we found the kitchen sink to be broken, and although someone was scheduled to repair it the following day, the initial fix was poor, resulting in the sink continuing to leak and requiring another visit. Additionally, the stove top had a significant crack, impacting its ability to heat properly. The property had a strong unpleasant odor when we entered, suggesting that the cleaning crew may not have fully understood their cleaning responsibilities. Moreover, numerous lights throughout the property, both indoors and outdoors, were not operational. We were unable to utilize one of the upstairs bathrooms due to a water issue causing leakage in the downstairs master bedroom. Notably, we paid an additional fee for a heated pool, but it was only heated for three days. Following a power outage, the pool heating system did not restart, and my request to the owners to reactivate it was disregarded.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The neighborhood was very quiet and clean. The house was just the right sizes for my family and I. The house itself was very clean with a fresh scent.. The pool was clean. I recommend you booking this place overall nice.

Stayed Mar 15, 2023Upon check-in we were instructed to visit the clubhouse for a visitors pass. It was actually the bar in the back and was a clipboard with paper. The home is very dated, but appeared ok. You could clearly see patched holes in the wall, old paint, brown toilet seats, and a smoke detector battery that needed changed. Since the home was clearly recently clean we ignored the cosmetic issues. Our last night there one of the kids woke up saying she thought that she got bit. Upon researching the mattress we found bed bugs. The cleaning crew was there before we left because I’m sure someone else was occupying the home after us. I told her about the bugs but there was no concern. I hope no one else is staying there until that issue is fixed.
