    The property was not as anticipated and definitely not what I would consider VRBO standards. We have stayed in numerous VRBO properties throughout the US, Canada and Europe. This place was a big disappointment.Kitchen: not well stocked. Only two dinner plates, chipped cups, old plastic drinking glasses, no bowls for cooking or serving, out-of-date cookware (the aluminum stuff with scratched telon surfaces) no hot pads, only dish towel, one used sponge, ice maker did not work.Furnature was stained, old and one chair had a large hole in the side. Carpet should be removed and replaced. Heavy stained and soiled. Bathroom shower had only luke-warm water. Small towels, no bath or body wash. Downstairs shower small with no lighting.Yard and patio in need of attention. Trash skewed about. And trash cans overloaded with trash.You all need to check this property out before putting the VRBO label on it.,

    Upon arriving at the house for my 1st vacation in 3 years, we were greeted with a water disconnect notice due to non-pay. After having driven 8 hours with our prior approved 4 dogs, we entered the house cautiously optimistic and immediately contacted both VRBO and the property manager, Jeff. VRBO was unsuccessful in making contact with the host and after an hour of back and forth, Jeff offered another property for our family to shift to, of which, we were grateful. Upon arrival at the second property, at almost 9 PM, Jeff provided entry information and informs us that we would need to vacate home #2 by 10 AM and return to the initial property booked; however, no confirmation was or could be offered that the water would be restored. By this time, I decline the 2nd property and request a refund as I’m no longer interested in loading/unloading the truck for the 3rd & 4th time when this was a completely avoidable situation; Jeff scoffed at the idea, suggested cleaning fees should be charged at both properties even though property #2 was never entered except by my husband to check for water and he denied our request for refund. We ended up having to book an “Instant Book” property through competitor as VRBO could only offer a hotel for the night and could not force a refund. This was vacation quickly turned into a nearly 4,000 lodging nightmare that we should’ve never been faced with. As a disabled veteran, on limited income, this was a huge blow. Booker Beware.

    Neat house in quiet neighborhood. It was not made obvious that it was a Vrbo, for guests security. House was clean and orderly. Beds were comfortable. It met our needs. It was in very close proximity to Westminster Nature Park, a must see for families, while there the hip-pop food truck pulled up; they sell allergy free gelatos that are superb.

    This house is the perfect set up for 2 couples. We were able to have one couple upstairs and one downstairs giving each of us plenty of space and privacy. Super cute home in a quiet neighborhood and convenient to the areas I needed to be in. Great outdoor space with grill and fenced in yard. All that being said I was in Denver for a medical procedure. On the night we checked in the air would not work. I sent a message to the owner and he responded the next day. We communicated back and forth with lengthy times between the communication that resulted in someone finally coming to look at the AC on Friday afternoon...2 days after we checked in... Hottest days on record for those 2 days that week. Recovering from a medical procedure in a house that's 90+ is not ideal. When I went to bed on Friday night it was 84 and finally as I was leaving on Saturday to check out it was down to 79. Along with this there was one pedestal fan and 3 ceiling fans, one of which did not work. During this time the owner told me he would reimburse me for one of my nights there for all of the trouble and issues with the air conditioning however as of today that has not happened So I'm not really sure if that's going to happen or not.
