Stayed Feb 5, 2026The kitchen is not a fully stocked kitchen therefore planning two meals a day to be at the house was difficult at best. No kitchen towels, no hot pads, no toaster, no mixing bowls, one very small cookie sheet, no can opener. There were 8 towels, one wash cloth for 7 guest for 4 days. No place for suitcases, no hangers in the closets. No bathmats (tile floors, slippery when wet). There were several cleaning issues, mold in master shower (host insisted it was rust) The host was responsive, but the solutions would greatly interrupt our vacation.

Stayed Jan 15, 2026Most everything was very nice. I know this is a new property to VRBO and in the spirit of offering insight as to what your guests might appreciate, i want to suggest the following: Linens. Bed linens, more towels, hands towels, wash cloths, bath mats, dish towels, and hot pads. The weather turned cold and we had to borrow blankets from family. In the warm months possibly pool towels and a floor mat coming in to the kitchen. In no way can the small, low sofa thing upstairs be considered a queen sofa bed. We enjoyed the house and the neighborhood and felt completely safe there. I would definitely rent this house again when these things are addressed.
