Stayed Dec 23, 2024This is a wonderful rental space. The house is comfortable, well-supplied, and roomy. Even in winter, when some of the amenities are not so practical, it was great. And the host was very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Highly recommended.

Stayed Jul 16, 2024We will absolutely stay at Mainely Southern again! The house had everything we needed for a wonderful week at the lake. The check in process was seamless and the owner was very communicative! She even made recommendations for places to eat and things to do in downtown Winchester. The proximity to the lake and use of the golf cart made our stay complete! We'll surely be back!

Stayed May 23, 2024The house was exactly as described. We had all of the amenities and couldn’t have had a better time. Plenty of space and very close to the marina. Having a golf cart also made the stay amazing. We are looking forward to having another weekend getaway there. Thanks for everything.
