    The house worked well for our family. Plenty of room, clean, and not too far from the places we were going to. The stockyards, Dickies Arena, and great restaurants. Reviewers mention the train nearby, honestly it didn’t bother us at all.Nice home in what appeared to be in a good area.

    The house is very close to TCU campus which is great. It is also RIGHT next to the train tracks. If you are a light sleeper you will be awake all night. It slept 7 people very comfortably and the back yard seating is cool.

    Came into town for a family wedding weekend with friends. The house was set up perfectly for our group of 8. The backyard would have been amazing if we hadn’t been out until very late and it wasn’t so hot! We had everything we needed for the stay, and the host was very quick to respond to any questions. I would definitely stay here again!

    My family and I truly enjoyed this new home + the use of the garage. We are familiar with the neighborhood as my mother grew up there, with my 95 year old grandmother close by, the proximity with that and being in the middle of anywhere you want to go in FTW, it was just what we needed. The property manager was spot on and attentive throughout our stay. Kudos to Trumaine! I will say, the fact that this property did not ask the guests to do any cleaning, was a first as it was indicated to just enjoy ourselves. That gets 5 stars right there! We will be back.
