Located across the street from the Queen's Marketplace shops and a short stroll to Anaeho'omalu beach (‘A Bay’) – this end-unit townhome is surrounded by lush tropical scenery and has two large private lanais, a built-in grill, and commanding views of the golf course. Inside the house, you'll find tile floors, an open floor plan, and a second entertainment area in the upstairs loft, perfect for unwinding after a day out. In the evening, enjoy the resort's amenities including two pools and two spas, and then head back in to fall asleep soundly in your comfortable bed in one of the four sleeping areas. This rental has everything for your perfect big island getaway.
The private primary suite features a king bed and an attached private balcony overlooking the Waikoloa golf course. It’s the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee. Sleep soundly in the other two guest rooms (one upstairs, one downstairs), each with a plush queen bed and TV. The two guest bathrooms (one upstairs, one downstairs) are outfitted with a tub/shower combination. The upstairs loft area has a comfortable fold-out sofa bed. There is also a large desk for those who may need to work remotely while on vacation.
The full-size chef's kitchen is equipped with granite countertops and an island bar with bar seating. The dining table can comfortably seat everyone. The kitchen is also equipped with newer appliances and cooking supplies. The large sectional in the living room is a comfy spot to enjoy a movie night on the TV with either cable TV or streaming video services. Board games are also provided for family fun. Relax on the oversized lanai. There is a separate seating area and dining area, plus a private gas grill to cook and dine al fresco. The attached grassy area is perfect for kids to kick a soccer ball or play tag. This Villa looks out onto the pristine, manicured fourth fairway of the Waikoloa Beach Golf course and water features.
Don't forget to post selfies of your vacation using the complimentary high-speed WiFi. Stay cool with new central air-conditioning and beach gear such as chairs, umbrellas, towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and snorkeling gear are also available for our guests to use. We also have a set of ladies, men’s, and youth golf clubs for those inclined to hit the links on the adjacent fairway. For families with infants, a Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for use.
The Beach Villas is the perfect home base for your family. Across the street are Queen's Marketplace and the King’s Shops where you’ll find a variety of restaurants, shaved ice, grocery, and other shops. A short stroll (or a three-minute drive) is beautiful A-Bay, the perfect place to relax on the beach under the palm trees or swim in the shallow, warm waters. Spend at least one sunset having a tropical cocktail at the newly renovated Lava Lava Beach Club at A-Bay where you can drink and dine in the open-air bar or at one of the many tables right there on the beach. World-class golf is just minutes away at the local Waikoloa course, Mauna Lani course, or Hapuna just a few miles away. Kona and Waimea are just a short drive away.

Great rental! Quiet, comfortable beds and fully stocked kitchen! Beach chairs, cooler and everything you need for a great day out! Beautiful pool!
My family of 8 had an great stay here at Waikoloa Beach, the villa was perfect and spacious for 8 people, It was clean. The outdoor lanai space was great, we had dinner out there most nights. Grounds were well kept, pool right across the road, the A-beach was 15 min walk, with a short drive to other beaches to visit as well. All beaches were gorgeous. The Queen’s and Kings shops convenient 5 min walk across the road although a little expensive to buy food in grocery mart. There is a Costco not too far a drive which was great to stock up.
Great location for walking to the Queens & Kings shopping center and the beach. I wish we had been made aware that the pool was closed for renovations :/ The pool on the other side of the complex was a long walk (for some guests) and ended up being very crowded.
The house should have enough toiletries supplies for a big group that’s planning to stay a week or so. The house is clean and the location is walking distance to the shopping center.
We (husband, two boys, and family babysitter) stayed in the condo. Great stock of kitchen stuff, a few toiletries, beach gear including snorkeling things, toys and games. One pool on the property was closed which made the open pool quite crowded. The AC works well and the lanai and outdoor area was great. Lots of comfortable seating in the living area. The master bedroom matress was way too soft and should be replaced. It sagged in the middle and we had to sleep on the edges. A better matress would greatly enhance the quality of our stay.
