This is a one story home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms

* 2 car covered parking (accessed via the side entrance
* 2 more cars will fit in the driveway
* Free street parking
* Please park as many cars as possible in the driveway to limit cars being parked on the street. Also do not park in front of a neighbor's mailbox.

OTHER IMPORTANT INFO

* There is a shared spaces, the ADU is occupied by a long term tenant. The only shared space is the laundry room and there is an assigned day of the week for them. The entire home including backyard is exclusively for your group and the check-in process is fully automated using our smart lock.
* Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all standard consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.

PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
• Our house max is 8 guests and anyone coming to the home counts towards that total regardless of how many are staying the night.

* Check-in is from 3:00pm to 10:00pm. • Checkout time is 11:00 AM sharp as cleaning staff will arrive to prepare for same day guests checking in.
* We cannot offer early check-ins or late checkouts at this home due to the time it takes us to clean it after each guest.
* We do not allow pets at this home. There will be a $250 fine for bringing an unauthorized pet.
* This is a home, not a hotel. There is no on-site staff and we cannot provide 24/7 support. If an issue arises, message us and we'll take care of it as quick as we can.

**This home is meant for quiet, respectful enjoyment. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE.

* A City noise ordinance is in effect 10PM-7AM.
Bluetooth speakers are allowed but please be mindful of the neighbors & quiet times.

* This is a non-smoking home including the garage (including e-cigarettes / vaping). A $500 cleaning fee will be assessed to remove odor if this rule is broken. Smoking can only be done outdoors.
* The use of illegal drugs or the practice of any illegal activity on the property is STRICTLY PROHIBITED. If this rule is broken, it will be reported to the authorities and you will be required to immediately vacate the property.
* Please clean up after yourselves, bag all trash, and replace any moved furniture to the way you found it. If cleaning is required above and beyond a normal cleaning, the extra cost will be passed on to the guest
* If any personal belongings are left behind, they will be kept for 24 hours after check-out. After that time, they will be thrown away.
* There will be a $250 fine per night for exceeding our guest max.
