Spacious cozy room

Honestly, there was nothing to like except maybe the little table outside the door. There are NO locks on room or bathroom which is completely unsafe and especially since there were people occupying the room directly next to mine who were talking loudly the whole time and I'm not even sure they were suppposed to be there as the listing said You will have the entire home to yourself, other than any guests of your own There is NOT a kitchen and it is NOT on waterfront even though the and says both. The portable window a/c unit is so loud you wouldn't be able to sleep even if locks were added, and on top of it all it a terrible odor. After a 12-hour drive, I had to find another place to stay and ended up missing the first morning of the event I came for, was going on no sleep for what I did get to attend. And on top of all that, the owner is refusing a refund saying its the rules and they are stated in the confirmation. i have searched everything and it says no such thing. I am now having to provide evidence, statements, and photographs just to get my money back. As if the whole ordeal wasn't bad enough. HORRIBLE PLACE - HORRIBLE SERVICE and NO APOLOGY! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

The place was ok as seen in the picture,check in was smooth,it has a cute kitchen to rely on,she is easily reachable & reply to message as soon as possible

It was really fun!! I rented it for my friend who was visiting from NYC, and I and my friends slept over a few times and had plenty of space to organize our belongings, such a nice front yard to chill in, and it was such a cozy little space in a quiet little neighborhood. Really appreciated how easy everything was once we got here.

Overall I enjoyed my stay , my privacy, private entrance if you don’t have a car it’s about a 13 minute walk to public transportation . I really like how the Host was pretty nice my only down side was the water in the shower wasn’t hot enough for me but other then that great place to be for a get away

Very cute outdoor area, the neighbors have a lot of plants that attract birds, butterflies, and squirrels. Nice private entry. Clean and quiet. Only one bed, however, there was a small futon that folds down as a second sleeping area, I was under the impression there were two beds when I booked the room. The futon was alright since I camp fairly often and am used to less comfortable sleeping arrangements. Overall, great stay and would definitely recommend!

Enough space for a couple and a toddler to rest. Private area. Quiet neighborhood.

Sharon was a great host! She was kind and always very responsive to our needs. We arrived during a record cold spell. No sooner than I asked her about the temperature she was knocking at the door with a clean comforter. FYI The walls are a little thin if you're on business and need absolute quiet? but we knocked one night to ask for a bit of quiet at night and the noise stopped right away. I would definitely recommend this rental and we definitely plan to stay again.

I had a very good experience renting this property. Sharon was a very good host. The location was very convenient for me and the amenities met my needs.

Very good, clean, had every thing I needed to stay a week. Counter space is a bit limited. Bed was comfortable.
