Spacious & Cozy 4BR Home in The Woodlands

House was very comfortable and clean in a very quiet residential neighborhood. Close to all the major roads in The Woodlands so easy to get around.

Comfortable beds. I always feel like the cleaning service needs to actually mop the floors after each stay. There is a bug problem, cobwebs at entry need to be cleaned up, I found a few spiders inside and my son found a bug in the toilet one morning. Had I known about the mold in the master bathroom I would not have rented as I am asthmatic. The rules book needs to be updated it says to wash towels at checkout and leave unused towels on the floor and to put unmoved furniture back in place.

The property was 15 minutes from our son’s home - so extremely convenient for us to slip away to sleep. Plenty of space for 7 of us to eat, sleep & be together. Lots of TVs with great service. Private deck area- we just weren’t there enough to enjoy.

This home comfortably sleeps many adults, and each of the 4 beds sleeps two. The kitchen is great, and a Krogers nearby makes the stay very affordable. George was great as a host, and the neighborhood was quiet. Would absolutely recommend!

This was our first experience with a home on VRBO and we were very happy. George was wonderful to work with. He welcomed us and made sure he was available if we needed anything. The home was clean and well equipped for all our needs. The location was perfect for us in the Spring-Woodlands Texas area. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was a great house for our moving transition needs. The property is clean and well stocked, nice yard, and very quiet neighborhood. It’s rare to be able to walk to places in Texas and there are a number of restaurants just a.5 mile walk away on the trails. George was a great host and very helpful working with our schedule needs for check in and check out. Would definitely use a property hosted by him again!

I brought my 87 yo mother to visit her sister and her family. We had multiple different cousins drop by to say hi and visit for a bit and the house was very comfortable for everyone to sit and visit and keep cool in the hot Texas summer. The beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were NOT those mini hotel pillows which was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this house for anyone who has plans to stay in The Woodlands at it is centrally located and easily accessible to all amenities. The neighborhood is lovely with a lot of nice wooded/shaded walking paths. The host was quick to respond to emails and the checkin process was extremely easy.
